Benteke will be looking for his 4th club in 4 years if palace get relegated. I've seen little bits of him and he ain't the player he used to be. Like many before him, he believed his poo didn't smell and now he is a lost soul. I'm not saying he should've stayed with us forever but to go to that Liverpool side..... Wasn't the best for his career.

I agree in part, game in and game out then yes he would get found out, but I think there could be numerous opponents or situations you could use him as a cb.

I didn't watch either but I would surmise, Jedinak is really the backbone of the team. Doesn't matter where he plays, he reads the play like no other and is able to physically impose himself into crucial positions on the pitch. But then I am Jedi's love child

Sorry mate but winning is everything at the moment. We need confidence and gelling of these players for next season. The kids can show their talents in the last couple of games and pre season. However I do respect your opinion.

I'll put my hand up (but I have done previously) and say I was too harsh on this guy. He is good I'll give him that, I still think some of my criticism is valid, but banging in goals is indeed a good way to shut me up. Now if only some people could be as honest as me in the SB thread.

Pretty sure if he had played the kids and let's just say we lost, then this thread would've been a whole lot busier. SB did what he thought he had to, to get the win, and we're still giving him a hard time. I have a mug that says 'damned if you and damned if you dont', I usually pull it out when the Mrs is on one of her rants but I might ship it over to SB and he can drink from it at the press conferences.

Tbf terry, my post was directed nowhere near you. I disagree with you quite a bit, but you're articulate and I haven't found you offensive. My post has no inference to anything you have written. There is a big difference between being a passionate supporter with a point of view and the type that rile me. Keep up the posts mate I enjoy reading them.

That's because after a few wins lately, you really can see Hutton gives his all the time and puts the team first. When we aren't being a miserable bunch this is easier to notice.

Its amazingly quite on this thread seeing as we won. Just shows you that some just can't be happy we win, the only time they're happy is if a result backs up the absolute bollocks they've been posting repeatedly over and over again. Nb this is not posting on a poster

Absolutely correct. I was not a fan of Bruce, then quite liked his first 2 months, didn't like January at all, now have hope that the new season could be very prosperous. To stick to one opinion no matter what, means your opinion isn't worth listening to.
