Not surprised he's doing well, classy player. Obviously the fans who judge players purely on tackles, goals and assists won't see that.

Grealish reminds me of Ozil a little bit. I'm not saying Grealish is anywhere near the level of Ozil (who IMO is the best no.10 in the world). However, neither of them have an aggressive or physically imposing streak, neither have the power to assert themselves on games in a struggling side. They only shine when they're in a team that's dominating possession. -

I thought he looked more at fault for the 3rd than the 2nd. 3rd though was largely Kodjia's fault for that lazy clearance.

I rate Veretout, not seen enough of Hourihane but looks decent. Amavi however has some glaring weaknesses to his game. His concentration levels and general footballing intelligence aren't really there, and his passing is woeful. He does have pace and dribbling ability, but I'm not sure about him at all now, and at the moment, he's a complete liability.

He got a hand to the second which was very weak.

Don't really get why Depor aren't playing him, has 4 assists in 8 La Liga games according to Transfermarkt.

Probably what I'd go for as well (assuming Bree is decent). Gollini > Johnstone as well IMO but that team on paper is very strong for The Championship.

Saying a full-back who's good at going forward should be playing on the wing is quite simplistic though. Quite often a full-back will have nowhere near the guile and skill required to be a winger. They'll have much less space in front of them as an out-and-out winger. I would try him there but there's certainly no guarantee it will work, especially with the dreadful form he's been showing.

Thought he looked good early on but dunno about him tbh. Doesn't seem to have much substance and let's games pass him by.

Shame tbh as I rate Gollini. Hope he goes on to have a good career.

Who's being linked with him? He should be racking up the goals and assists in The Championship, and if we were controlling games (with a powerful, creative midfield) he'd be much more likely to be doing so.

With the woeful creativity in our team it's a good job we've got Kodjia who can create chances (and attacks) himself.

Pretty obvious really...clubs/scouts will look much more in depth than that. He's a talent with enormous potential.

I'd obviously like to see all our forwards with something half decent coming from our midfield, but McCormack's struggling with the basics atm.
