It's OK if the sport doesn't exist in your own country IMO . ( At a decent standard ) . I "support " Jacksonville Jaguars and the wife "supports " Villa . I have no problems with lets say the Irish , Americans , Kiwis etc , supporting Villa or Arsenal etc , as they have no equivalent in their own countries but if say an Italian supported Lyon then I find it strange as top class football clubs already exist in their own lands . Then you get in to the matter of people having second teams which has never appealed to me as I go through enough heartbreak with the Villa and Jags as it is . You can see why so many latch onto Barca as it is probably the only success they will see . Can't blame them really but it's not for me . One club from one sport is more than enough and if succes does somehow come my way then it would be more meaningfull as I actually have a physical connection to my clubs .

I will pick it back up again , I'm sure .

No Ordinary Family is turning out to be more fun than the last 3 seasons of Heroes were . Raising Hope can be hilarious and Modern Family just gets better and better . Parks and Recreation whilst always being great went up a notch the minute Rob Lowe joined the cast . Ron Swanson is one of the greatest characters on TV . If you don't know who he is then just type " Ron Swanson's pyramid of greatness " on Youtube .

It's improved dramatically of late but still isn't perfect . The first few months were absolutely shocking on PS3 though .

Nah it's a broken mess . People saying it isn't is triple bllocks with a side of a vagina . :winkold: I enjoyed it at the time and it's still a top game but for gameplay it's light years away from Black Ops. You actually have to have skill to do well on Black Ops . The maps and visuals were better on better on MW2 I'll grant you (bar the higher rate of camp spots). The tactical nuke was THE biggest flaw in my eyes as it shouldn't have been a game ender but that is not a problem on Black Ops as it's not there so FIXED. Problem 2 ......OMA...........now gone........FIXED Problem 3 ......Overpowered knives .........far less melee distance........FIXED Problem 4 .....Spawn tubin ........virtually impossible now .....FIXED Problem 5 .....Killstreaks beget killstreaks...........Now gone .........FIXED. Problem 6.......Instant kill guns ..........You can actually take a hit or two and escape now........FIXED Problem 7 ......Danger Close .............explosives are now nerfed........... FIXED Problem 8......Quickscoping ............A lot harder and less common.............FIXED There are more but I have given 8 huge examples of why Black Ops is superior . Throw in the better campaign mode , Fantastic ZOMBIES Option and the fun dead ops and you'd have to be a nutter to not see that Black Ops is the superior game . OK maybe MW2 isn't "broken" but in comparison to Black Ops it is a bit pooh. Sorry your connection issues are clouding your opinion , It's shit when it happens ,I know. But to call MW2 better is just 28 days of wrong .

So the game is broken because someone got a nuke in one of your games? I played MW2 a lot, and only a handful of games ended early because someone on the opposition team dropped a nuke. It's a bit of a shit killstreak reward admittedly, but they're very few and far between, and it certainly doesnt break a game. Nope , it happens a lot more than in just one game .Your experience may differ to mine but I have hundreds of hours clocked up on MW2 and BLOPS and the former has far more flaws than the latter . Why should a dominant team suffer because some douche is camping in a corner gettin killstreaks that in turn gain more killstreaks that then end the game prematurely regardless of the scores ? Then take into consideration shit like spawn tubing . What's so fun about some dick grenade launching a whole squad from the the other side of the map within seconds of a game starting ? Then you have the unlimited ammo issues , campers with endless claymores , etc. And the obvious knife beats gun at close quarters farce . The guns killed far too quickly and you also had the drama with boosters. Black Ops has much more balanced weapons and requires you to have more skill and tactical play . Killstreaks are less powerful and harder to achieve and the maps are far less camper friendly . Need I say more ? The difference in playability is huge and BLOPS is the far superior game to the skill-less mess that is MW2.

I had a quick blast on MW2 yesterday and remember why it was so infuriating . Playing domination on Wasteland and my team is killing it 192--85. Next thing you know it's " Enemy nuke incoming " . **** off IW and stay there ! That game was severely broken . Black Ops is the fairest COD and the best by miles.

Houllier has made some mistakes no doubt but it's not as if he is intentionally trying to sabotage the club . I can see what he is trying to do and with a full pre season , with a squad he can truly call his , I think we can progress . He Is only human at the end of the day and in no way deserves the vitriol he gets on here . As long as he starts learning from his mistakes and sorts the back 5 out ,then hopefully we can kick on and forget this abortion of a season . There are times when I want rid of the guy but the I remember how I mock clubs who go through gaffers like Charlie Sheen goes through coke and whores . It's a cliche but we all know even Fergie was a slow starter . There are no quick fixes , unless you strike oil , so we will just have to be patient . It may be painful and we may lose top players to wealthier clubs but if we are canny there are stil ways to succeed . If we can't outspend them then we can certainly out-youth them . Just have to keep the kids together and wait . We will be a force in the coming years , I have no doubts .

I found the trailer extremely difficult to watch, it's very well made but heart breaking as you say. I don't imagine the game will live up to it somehow. jesus lads, have a word its a **** trailer for a zombie game. human tragedy my bollox Reminds me of an episode of Friends where Chandler is unable to cry . Monica mocks him for not getting upset about the ending of Bambi and Chandler says something like " Yeah because it was really sad when the animator STOPPED DRAWING THE DEER " in his usual sarcastic way ..

I was stationed at RAF Akrotiri for a few years and every now and again I managed to blag my way onto one of the training days the crabs participated in ( when Flight crews needed passengers for a particular exercise etc . ) There was one occasion where I was "rescued" from a beach in a Sea King and dropped off on a mountain top . 20 minutes later a Lynx collected us and took us to a different mountain top where finally a Chinook came and returned us to camp ! 3 different choppers in one day and enjoyed every minute of it . I mention this because after that I declared the Chinook the greatest vehicle of any description that I'd ever been in ! I was blown away by how manoeuvreable they are considering their size. Our super skilled ARMY AIR CORPS pilot had us upside down , skimming the ocean on it's side with the back door open , upside down over a mountain and all sorts !!! It was awesome and far more pants filling than any roller coaster. In comparison the RAF pilots were rather dull in their tiddly choppers and overly cautious flying styles!! A Chinook in hands of a squaddie and not a crab > anything else in the universe . Amazing bit of kit and Im buzzing just remembering TBH !! They're not the stealthiest things going though .....You hear the beasts long before you see them

I struggle to recall a minor celeb from the past who ISN'T a legend to be honest. Those years were legendary for producing legends , looking back . Richard O'Brien was a real "man's man" who is long overdue a Knighthood. (Hopefully he will receive the gong under a shower of golden tickets) The term "Legend" is used too cheaply these days but this fella was epic. One of THE truly great humans to have lived.
