  1. If we're looking for a right sided CB to play next to Mings then Jules Kounde looks like a right prospect. Comfortable with the ball at his feet. Only 20 years old. Hopefully our French scout has mentioned him. He looks phenomenal.
  2. It's just a Netflix show about the Central Park 5. It's infuriating, hence the emojis.
  3. To give us a bit of a break from the punning action, I've copied some central midfielder suggestions from a podcast and will pass them off as my own. Kento Misao - 23 years old Looks to have a casual style but also seems to have that McGinn trait of getting his body in the way. Seems comfortable on the ball. Maybe not an instant starter but perhaps one to develop if we could get a work permit? Sasa Zdjelar - 24 years old. Serbian, playing for Partizan Belgrade. This vid is 4 years old. I couldn't be arsed looking for any other. Florian Grillitsch - 23 years old. Austrian who plays for Hoffenheim. Looks very comfortable on the ball and reading the play. Probably not cheap and maybe would want a bigger move? Erick Pulgar - 25 years old, Chilean, plays for Bologna. Looks a solid player with and without the ball. Not too old.
  4. They are class! Especially the home.
  5. Cymru all just give it a rest with these puns ffs!?
  6. The price they charge for clothing these days they bloody well better be sewn on!
  7. So happy I've found this thread. I'm going to waste my day off reading it and then start posting my crap food. I love seeing pics of what people make. I don't mean in the Rate my Plate way either. That shite got old fast.
  8. I can't believe we called Steer back from Charlton instead of Chilavert from retirement. It beggers belief that we aren't tapping in to the retired market ffs.
  9. You'd want him if his name was Jaques Betlancois with them zero's though. Don't you lie to me!
  10. ... and get the feck outta here!?
  11. There's not a lot of action in terms of transfers yet. The internationals are a hinderence to this I guess. I reckon the start of next season could be a bit wild results wise as loads of players aren't getting much of a rest post/pre-season and could suffer burn out. I know they're in peak physical condition but they're also only human. I wouldn't mind facing a few of the bigger sides early on before they get into their groove.
  12. He isn't going to be a starter but as an option off the bench with his delivery and shooting, he'll be an asset. Season after season he delivers goals and assists. What he brings in terms of shots and accuracy with the delivery threatens keepers at whatever level. His overall game isn't enough as a starter I'd suspect but plenty of other clubs would love someone with his sort of stats as a squad member. Can easily see him nabbing 5-8 goals in the latter stages of games, with tired players and a bit of room to pop a shot off.
  13. You ever thought that the lad could be quality? It doesn't matter where he signs from. It's how good he is that counts.
  14. What's your twitter? Is it private yet?
  15. If we all put our scepticals on, we might see who it is before it's posted on twitter.
  16. Ahem... Welsh, thank you very kindly
  17. Tunisia's shirts are solid. The 3rd kit is immense.
  18. These untapped markets could take us to the next level. Or prison.
  19. I loved the Sneijder summer. I started off thinking it was absolute balls and then slowly got swept up in it and dreamed we could get him. I'm going to jump on this one. He would replace Tammy nicely. Right age, right style. Most signings won't be mega but maybe we could have 1 or 2? Let's get this snowballing so we can feel the crushing disappointment when he goes somewhere more established. We damand Maxi!
  20. I'm not a fan of the older signings but for a 1/2 year deal whilst we cement ourselves, Cahill makes sense to me. His lack of games last year just means he's less burnt out to me. 33 isn't that old and he's never been about pace anyways. Mings and Cahill for a season isn't that bad.
  21. If true, this is an absolute steal. Young, developing, showed enough on the pitch that he has the attributes to make it. £3m was cheap before the ridiculous TV money, now, it's almost a free transfer. He's not a world beater but he's young enough, raw enough and seemingly smart enough to be coached and improved beyond what he was when he first arrived. I know Wolves aren't doing too bad but I think they're dropping a bollock here, like when we let Cahill and Albrighton go. He probably won't start many games but when needed he'll put his head up. In the play-off final when he replaced, Mings, he was launching himself at everything, putting his body in where it hurts. When you get that from a loanee, you know he's got good character, as most will make it look like they couldn't make a challenge that could hurt them. I don't want to gush too much because he's not all that but he has the right attitude to improve further and the fee is brilliant. Under Dean and co's coaching, I think we could develop a really solid, ball playing, defender. I love this signing. Assuming it's happening.
  22. I disagree. Up with this sort of thing.
