    I much prefer the championship to the continual wankfest over the top 4. Feels more like proper football to me. Been so apathetic towards villa in the Premier in more recent years (and now) Rekindled my love for them in the championship.

    Inexperienced manager and players is why we are going down. Jack as captain hasn't worked, enough pressure on him as it is plus signing all these unknowns and expecting them to perform has heaped pressure on them.

    I'm starting to think we could do this, everytime we blow it, other teams seem to as well, surely we are due a fluke/ good run of form? Maybe with no pressure on us to win the next few games we might get a surprise or 2.

    We are playing like a mid table team with nothing at either end to fight for. We are too nice, too placid, and so is Smith. Unfortunately I'm becoming as apathetic as the club seems to be (again)
