    I won't be sleeping too well in my bed tonight as a Villa fan.

    Wrong. If Sunderland and Leicester win and draw their games in hand respectively, we have to match every result in some way as they will both be ahead of them. It is out of our own hands in that respect. If Leicester lose tomorrow then we just after match or better Leicester's last 3 games. I will feel better if Chelsea batter them tomorrow night.

    I think 6 to be certain although 4 will probably do it.... Fingers crossed we can get at least one on Saturday or it really will be squeaky bum time.

    Not confident about this at all :-( Only hope is that Hull and Leicester lose their games in hand this week.

    Just got back from the Etihad. Absolutely unbelievable game really. We were arguably the better team but errors cost us. Thought we were going to do it when Sanchez equalised.

    Yes it is. Normally it says home or away games but as it doesn't specify it's any - which is just as well for me as it's 6 home and 1 away.

    I can't believe I even am on the criteria... just. 7 games with Man City, and the three home games. Already was planning on going to them but now I will be camping out just in case on morning of 13th - I imagine they will sell out before then though!

    I must be the only person that would keep him!! Agree he hasn't justified a new deal but if he's really happy playing football here and is willing to commit for less money then he's a useful option IMO. Whether he would take a pay cut is the acid test!!

    Am looking at a BBQ with a few Villa mates but if Villa open the ground or the Holte suite it's an option....

    I got mine in the post today. I ordered a bit earlier in the week though, noticed last night that they took them offline for purchase.

    What block DDID? I am looking towards the back of the Holte probably either L7 or L2 as it's cheaper. 2 season tickets for less than £100 a month is a bargain IMO. Works out at £23 a game!

    True - I take that point it's expensive and it's on TV. I've only been once before and that was to watch England play Japan in a friendly soon after the stadium open so can't vouch for how soulless it is. Strangely looking forward to it.

    I'd keep him. Just needs an arm around him, something that Sherwood is giving him; and it shows. He and Jack tore Liverpool to pieces IMO and he quite clearly is enjoying playing for the club.

    Only a few hundred? Jeez that's pretty bad. I will still be singing too - best away fans in the league (even if we only take a few hundred to Man City!)

    ...nothing. All joking aside, our record is terrible there, barring the one win and the other in the cup recently. A point would be a very good result. Still looking forward to it, not been to enough games this season!

    For my sins I've just bought a ticket to this! Must be nuts. On the other hand it is a *cheap* day out as my dad is a Man City season ticket holder and will give me a lift; apart from the ticket price of course! £46 (inc fees) to watch us get spanked (probably).

    no I imagine they will after they've been played but not before. That's what they've typically done but don't know about this season.

    No way I'm going to get to this through AVFC ticketing. :-( That's what not being a loyal season ticket holder every season gets you!

    Great result. Looking forward to MOTD tonight :-) I do think people are worrying unnecessarily over the Gil situation.though. Enjoy the win! Gil will get his chance.
