I think we all question Lambert's decision making anyway. Hope I'm wrong, but can't see him giving Helenus or the kids a chance. It will be Holt with Weimann playing off him.

First Culverhouse having a go at the fans who help pay his wages, now Lambert. The pair of them don't deserve to work for our great club. If that was me in my workplace I would gave been disciplined and perhaps sacked for gross misconduct. Let alone the pair of them being shit at their jobs.

Don't worry, we will not get anywhere near Europe for FFP to even matter. Personally, I would rather us challenge for titles, fail to meet FFP rules and not bother with Europe.

For me it is close between Ian Taylor and David Platt. Would probably go for Tayls as he is a Villa fan.

He probably has a condition in his new contract that says he has to live within 35 miles of BMH. Living in Sheffield breaks the terms of that. I have relocated with work twice and have that in my contract. Clearly all the extra commuting is taking it's toll.

He broke through at Walsall (how many good players come from their youth team, loads) and was great last season alongside Will Grigg and Fabien Brandy.. Scored 15 goals for Walsall and something like 10 last season!! for a million they got a gem!! He will have a good career that kid Not if he joins Villa, Lambert would ruin him!

If we are after him, then he would do us fine for 18 months until we can get better players in. He could be the smokescreen for Defour though just like Dempsey was during the Benteke signing.

That's harsh, we could have had RVP in our side that day and still lost. We need to create chances for him. When we have done this, he has scored key goals. Big blow to us, shame.

Wouldn't mind Donacien being given a chance, but more likely Lowton at CB with Bacuna at RB. Knowing how Lambert seems to have a love fest with Bowery though, he may well play him at CB. Come to think of it Bowery would make a better CB than forward ! -
Our operating costs have been reduced dramatically and we should be in profit. Any profit will be re-invested in the squad. HDE managed to balance the books for all those years and we were more competitive than now.

If 50000 Villa fans all put in £5k, then we can become a supporters co-op and buy him out I'll even put in £10k so I can be on the board !
