Yeah he is a different class his timing is perfect and how he makes his opponents miss when on the ropes is unbelievable That last round was more like what I was expecting from Alvarez. Still think he would lose but think it would have give him more of a chance

I've got 2% left to do not sure what it is that needs doing or if I can be bothered with it. Stated undead nightmare yesterday enjoying it really good idea. Stevo I'm sure I used a bolt action rifle you can use dead eye though so it's easier to line up your shot, also if you have it the buffolo rifle makes short work of them.

Had my first fail on strong lifts yesterday 50kg shoulder press have been struggling last couple of session with it so not really a suprise. Think I need a but longer rest between sets

After reading a lot of this thread im going to give stronglifts 5x5 a go starting Monday, im a bit skeptical that only these few exercises will help develop my smaller muscles such as my arms and that i dont have to do any extra abs exercises but will give it a try and see what happens

Am I right in thinking the nexus 10 was released today? Has any one had a play on one yet or heard any reports? I can't decide on a nexus 7 or 10 it's to share with my girlfriend, mainly to watch films and read. I liked the look of the 7 but she thinks its too small

just about to go buy my myself a nexus 7, never had an android device before. my girlfriend wanted to buy me an ipad for xmas but from looking around on here people seem to like the nexus 7 so hopefully i am making the right decision.
