Im not buying the "he doesn't care about Villa" thing. I think that's bollocks. I just think he's probably bored of being average and then shite, and playing shite football for years. Fans obviously aren't happy and he knows it. That's what it is. He's not doing much for us though and he shouldn't be guaranteed first team like he is. Rather see bent get a start, not that I'm confident he'd be any better.

Awful, messy game. Players were sloppy - passing was often poor. Our centre forward, Gabby was out of position most of the time when pushing forward - because were used him to push up and he always went wide… leaving us with…. NO ONE in the box. Unless you really want to bother counting 5'4' Nzogbia. Fair play for grinding out the point. Wasn't pretty but i really couldn't give a **** now.

Such a frustrating result. Played well. Bit open in defense but the whole game was open and end to end. Ref made the wrong decision in my opinion. Ill be disappointed if anyone is too critical of Lambert and the players for that performance because Spurs didn't deserve that.

Completely unfair statement. Masons forehead was in his face, looked like it was touching his nose. Mason should have been given a yellow, and perhaps Benteke for reacting but there was nothing in it.

Already posted this in the ratings and reactions thread but I'm quite late so gunna put it here too. For me, it's not the fact that we've lost 5 games in a row. 4 of those Chelsea, City, Everton and Arsenal) were in the top 6 last year, I'm really not that surprised by those results to be honest and I'm surprised other fans are. When you look back at the games we've already played though, be honest with yourselves, are you really that shocked at the outcome so far? Wins against Hull and Stoke. Win against Liverpool, who are obviously miles better than us. And a draw against Newcastle, who also have a stronger squad. Having said that I'm not defending Lambert OR the players at all. What annoys me is the absolutely embarrassing lack of control whilst in possession - we can barely hold on to the **** ball?! The lack of creativity is also embarrassing, and i could probably count our shots on target on my fingers and toes. Were also absolutely toothless in front of goal. We've seen some decent defensive performances this season, which is a big contrast from the past 4. Unfortunately i didn't see the game as i was at work but QPR haven't been great so far, we'd lost 4 in a row and i was expecting a result (aka 3 points). But apparently we were pretty awful according to a lot of pro's, journo's and commentators. I'd like to see Lambert and Keane be ruthless with our players now. They aren't good enough on the ball at all and the fans are extremely irate - and something needs to be done about it before a shitstorm emerges.

Set pieces today were porn. Looks very calm and collected. I'd like to see his range of passing some more - dont see it too often in game apart from when the ball is dead (set pieces). Becoming a great player I'm really excited for him!

Hope Gabby didn't get a raise. Haven't seen him improve consistently in ages. Having said that he's still an important player.

He's actually a quality passer. He was amazing at Crewe and i watched him a lot. Like you said he's not incredible and just because he's one of our best players it doesn't make him good - that's also true. Obvious - but true. He's still a young and talented player and i dont get why you're slating him so much?

We're better than Stoke,Crystal Palace, Sunderland, WBA, Leicester, Burnley, West Ham for sure IMO. It's whether we're better than Newcastle, QPR, Hull and Southampton that will define whether we have a really good season (e.g. 8th/9th). Or improve slightly and finish 13th. Would anyone disagree? Stoke are alright and always a challenge at their home ground. But yeah i'd agree.

I can see him leaving regardless. Unless we bought in a few impressive players and give him a big contract maybe.

With the games coming up, I can definitely see it been N'Zogbia that drops out, Richardson moved out wide with Clevelerly the most forward of the midfield 3 agreed
