  2. Following the signings of Chris Baird, Steve Davis & Aaron Hughes. Lawrie Sanchez was pleased to unveil the new Fulham badge:
  3. Not happy with the basis of VT match ratings, Messi decides to rate himself in the latest Copa America game
  4. Oasis - Rock N Roll Star Arguably THE greatest opening track to a debut album ever! (IMO of course) What a shame Liam's voice is not in the same league anymore!
  5. CHeers for the updates General, hope the hand recovers soon. Roll on the new season!
  6. EDIT because I'm being stupid, don't fancy Bramble to be honest!
  7. Listening to 5 Live and Pleat said he believed Sidwell had had 2 offers, one from Newcastle and the other he didn't mention until pressed when he said he thought it might be Aston Villa. Not sure it's anything other than specualtion on pleat's part but interesting nonetheless
  8. 9. Any reason Sam Williams didn't get a mention, know he is injured at present but is one of the young guns that I would hope could do a job for the first team at some point? Good read though OBE
  10. I have and there will be just ironing out midweek games he hasn't predicted as 0-0s so as to have the league ready for final few games, should be up tomorrow evening, which should act as a warning to get ready with his making it look pretty skills.
  11. Beyond settling in and before his injury which has clearly lost him a yard of pace: hero, during settling in and after his injury: flop. People will say we never saw the best of Juan but during the period when he was good he was amazing and scored goals off little or no service. For me he will join the likes of Savo Milosevic and Ian Olney as players who scored goals and will be remembered for doing so, but he isn't in the same bracket as Yorke, Saunders and Withe.
  12. Ever sense McClaren is trying to distance himself from the side he selected's failure Source:BBC
  13. Great news fromm bbc Hoorah maybe Gerrard can play central with Hargreaves now!
  14. Gotta love McClaren going for broke and praying that Gerrard and Lampard play well together Found this which Brian Barwick said on Steve McClaren's first day in the job: "His first challenge was to find a coffee machine, his second challenge was to find my office and his third challenge - the real challenge - is to build an England team that we can all be proud of." Does anyone else suspect he's still looking for the coffee machine?
  15. BBC I mean seriously the smug ginger clearing in the woods cannot believe this to be true can he?!
  16. Have voted No, the guy is a grade A rocket polisher and as soon as he is removed England have a chance of winning something as opposed to going to a tournament with him in charge and having no chance in hell of winning it. We are wasting time with him as manager and the sooner he goes the better!
  17. General, Steve Stride's rather sudden resignation brings about the usual conspiracy theory questions, was he pushed etc.? Given that he was kept on from the old board for his background knowledge of the club can you fill us in any further regards this decision or would to do so be intrusive to Mr Stride or yourselves regards the way the club is being run? Many Thanks
  18. No because this squad still isn't rebuilt enough to cope with the rigours of it. Look at the injury crisis Newcastle have got and I can't believe that that isn't related to their participation in the Intertoto Cup. Our squad couldn't handle that and until it can am quite happy to steer clear of this competition!
  19.
