More like Karsten Braasch When it comes to anything to do with strength or power, men have an absolutely massive advantage. I'm a fairly mediocre powerlifter, for example, and nowhere near one of the best at regional level amateur meets. But my deadlift and benchpress beats the uk female record for the weightclass. Take the top women's team vs a semi pro men's team, and the women may well be more skilful on the ball, but I suspect the men will be noticeably faster, bigger and stronger, and it wouldn't be a fair contest.

I'm not sure it should be taken for granted that the top tier women would beat a men's Sunday league side.

Weird game. Despite Norwich needing something to secure 1st place, it felt very much like a friendly. 2 disappointing goals to concede, I think, but considering we rested most of our better players, that wasn't such a bad performance.

11 vs 11 today, sure. They were there for the taking with our best 11 though. I've not seen anything from them to think we couldn't beat them with our best side.

Neither team are a threat, but I'd much rather have Derby in the playoffs than that prick Pulis and his shameful, cynical assault on entertainment.
