It all just seems a bit strange. The logo looks very flat and I'm not sure on the colours matching with the shirt. I'd also assume that they wouldn't have the little slogan underneath (they just have 'FxPro' on the F1 cars they sponsor, for example). It's also a bit odd that it's on last year's away kit. Yes it'll probably be next year's third but it still doesn't seem quite right. But as I said, I'm no expert either and I could be totally wrong! I'll just be happy if we have a sponsor and a bit more money going into the club. I'm just feeling that it's going to be Acorns again this year (not that I'd be disappointed with that, either).

I agree that losing Robben will be a big loss for them. Absolutely top class player. Still, Sneijder is amazing and van Persie's looking like he could be back to his best just at the right time. Van der Vaart is a very good player too if he performs. Defensively though, they aren't quite as strong.

I think Argentina and South Korea will go through. Can't see Nigeria doing anything. I do think that the Argies may have a bad match in this group though, possibly against the Koreans.

Holland are currently the world champions, according to the highly interesting Unofficial Football World Championships. I don't think they will underestimate their opponents, but I also don't think people are generally expecting a great deal from them even though they're going into the World Cup on a great run of form and with some fantastic players. You can get 11/1 on them winning the trophy which, although it's unlikely, are decent odds. Also, I'm going to be in Amsterdam for their final group game against Cameroon. Should be brilliant!

I've been to Villa Park, City Ground, Elland Road and St. James' Park. I've also been to Field Mill (Mansfield) but they're in the Conference these days. I live in Lincoln atm and will be off to Sincil Bank to watch a few games next season.

Absolutely this. Yes, Keane is an improvement on Heskey - it doesn't mean I'd want to spunk away £15m on him.

Personally I doubt it. He's dropped down the pecking order at Barcelona and the Premier League is much more physically demanding.

Well at least Dortmund are making some signings! They've brought in Mitch Langerak, an Australian goalkeeper, to play as back-up to Weidenfeller now that Ziegler's returned to Stuttgart, as well as Polish international Lukasz Piszczek and young Japanese international Shinji Kagawa. Großkreutz and Hummels made their debuts for Germany recently too, against -ahem- Malta.

I do hope that he doesn't go to Man City. I'd rather he went to United out of the three.

I'm not sure what to vote in the poll as it depends on a number of things I have no idea about, such as whether Milner wants to leave, who may replace him, specifically how much "£30m or more" relates to, etc.

That's because he's the best out-and-out striker in the world.

I think Lampard could really shine in the tournament, so I've gone for him. I can also see Gerrard having a good tournament, looking at the fact that no-one expects too much from him this year. And expectations of Heskey are so low that he may just shock everyone. Hell, he might even score a goal.

Can you say how good it was, though? Much better than FIFA 10?

My uni work is incredibly boring. 2,500 words to go, for 4pm tomorrow, and it's so difficult to stay motivated. I just can't wait til the end of the month when it's all finished and I can properly look forward to beer, barbeques, the World Cup and going to Amsterdam!
