  1. Any idea when they're announcing UK tour dates, other than the two in Scotland and Leeds & Reading festivals?
  2. I don't know why, but I laughed a lot at this.
  3. The poor standards of grammar displayed by most - such as the inability to spell 'its' - are a sign of an educational downfall which foreshadows the populace becoming less intelligent and, therefore, more likely to initiate nuclear war/turn into zombies/lose the ability to create the means of avoiding the end (delete as appropriate).
  4. I've tried the Beef & Yorkshire Pudding flavour ones, and the Spaghetti Bolognese and wasn't particularly impressed with either. Jamaican Jerk Chicken sounds promising, but I have a feeling it won't be as strong as I'd like the flavour to be.
  5. I'd like to go to Werchter but just don't think I can afford it.
  6. It's from the latest season. Which reminds me, I have a few episodes of Family Guy to watch that I haven't seen yet.
  7. Internet Porn. (...don't get excited.)
  8. These days there is porn on the internet. Crazy, I know.
  9. How brilliant is James Richardson - I just watched his Champions League newspaper review on the Guardian website, a throwback to the days of Gazzetta Football Italia. Funny man.
  10. ^Utterly brilliant. I have recently been made aware of the awesomeness of , an instrumental-electro-post-math-rock trio (that is a thing, I promise). If 65daysofstatic, Errors or Boards Of Canada float your boat then these chaps are absolutely worth your time. ^Thank you Mister Thornton Reed. They sound pretty interesting. ^And I was literally just listening to this when I opened the thread. I really like Jónsi's album (wasn't quite as keen on Riceboy Sleeps).
  11. I think I have to go with Chelsea, but purely on the basis that my house-mate supports them.
  12. There seems to be divided opinion on Michael McIntyre; people either love him or hate him. I'm a fan, personally. Saw him in Sheffield not too long ago and he was rather good.
  13. I was never interested at any age, though. I'm going away with a few mates to Amsterdam in summer (third time I've been) which is more my kind of 'lads holiday' than Magaluf etc. I guess it's each to their own though.
  14. Am I the only one that has never had an interest in these places, despite the fact I'm a 21-year-old male? I like having a good time as much as most but places like Magaluf just seem horrible, personally. If so, I'll just shut up being miserable and leave the thread
  15. I agree. Although I think a lot of the time people are posting what they'd like the line-up to be, rather than what it actually will be.
  16. Well he did play against Wolves and we still didn't win.
  17. The Guardian are also reporting that Milner might not be fit for tonight. He seems more likely to play than Gabby or Dunne, though. I think that through Delfouneso being kept on the bench, it has - in a strange way - heightened some fans' expectations of him. MON doesn't want to throw him in too soon (understandably), but now through actually not spending time on the pitch, many supporters expect him to be our saviour. So either way, he has a lot of pressure on his shoulders; it must be difficult for MON. That said, I would like to see him get a run out tonight. I just wouldn't be expecting a black David Villa! Also hope that the fans don't start getting frustrated with the lads early, particularly if we go a goal down. The squad is in the starting stages of quite a strenuous run-in; fitness levels won't be great and they'll need the fans to get behind them for that extra boost. Booing and criticism won't help, even if it seems to be directed towards the manager for not using his squad.
  18. I think Spain. If they do flop, then Brazil. Argentina have an outside chance. Can't see England, Italy or Germany winning it.
