    Agree. 4 Divisional winners from each Conference. That's 8 teams. 2 with the best record from each get a bye. 2 teams from each Conference with the next best record go through to the Wildcard round against the 2 Divisional Winners who are left. It's simple. Bringing more teams into this affects the whole integrity of the Playoffs IMO. "Ah as long as we do just enough we'll be OK" instead of "We need to WIN our division to make sure we make the playoffs!".

    yeah it isnt really fair on home fans who probably pay big money for tickets. Its sort of like when Premier League wanted to play 39th game abroad which got a bit of uproar. is their no complaints from fans about this or do they just accept it? Pretty sure that the season ticket price reflects the loss of a home game.

    Pfft, you only want to follow the Broncos because they've beasting at the moment! *bandwagon generalisation* In all seriousness, watch the season first as a neutral. Watch as much as you can. At the end of the season chose the team that jumps out at you. It's what I did. I loved the way the Ravens played, and although we didn't get through the play-offs we played hard. I loved it, and ever since then I've loved them.

    Moved on up yesterday with my running! Feeling good too. No aches or pains, knees are holding up fine. Amazing what a decent pair of trainers will do. 45min 30sec (6km) straight off. Gave me a pace of 7:35 which is ace. I could have probably ran a little more but my iPhone died at km 5 and I got bored. Next aim.. 7km.

    I'll be there this weekend. I missed last year due to funds, but I've been to all the others. Not going to the other game this year. Jags? PAH! At least this match I'll get to cheer against the Steelers. Hoping for a Ravens game at some point.

    After being disappointed with GTAIV I've not really paid attention to GTAV stuff, however it seems to have improved on the things that GTAIV was marked down on so might need to take a closer look.

    If you really want to try and find your 1RM then you're best doing a light warm up and going for it. Otherwise you'll exhaust yourself prior to getting there. If you want to increase it then I recommend visiting this site and following the 5/3/1 routine for 4-6 weeks. http://www.strstd.com/
