This. I don't think he is used to failure. And I don't think he has a lot of patience either.

But how are we supposed to understand that there can be a toxic mentality about the club with so many new players in and so many old guard out. It does not make any sense. How can this be? Hopefully it is just that the team will take time to gel, but of course, this is what we were saying most of last season. It needs to be turned around soon.

I applaud you for that. Don't regret it. Mr. Aston Villa is the reason we are not the `big four', the Sky lovies. He was in it for himself, and that is where his intentions lay. He came from Birmingham City - he gets a free seat and lunch - why would he not go?

I agree with you, in that I do not get his style. That is my opinion, but I am happy to admit that I possibly do not know enough about football to appreciate the subtle nuances of his game.

I think not, unless you are agreeing that he is ineffective and unnoticed.

And furthermore, he has a timid, powder-puff tackle when he does occasionally decide to tackle, but on occasions he puts in a sneaky, nasty, cowardly tackle. I dislike that about him.

Yes, and possibly attacking/creative midfielders. But he said we have 2 target men and not looking for another. What I am saying is that that must be Gestede and Kozak, and Kozak is just not good enough.

RDM says we have 2 target men and are not looking at another. I hope he does not mean he is going with Kozak in Gestede's absence.

Good post. And not to forget he is taking the heat off Wyness and RDM. However, if he thinks at any stage that either is not fulfilling his expectations, they will be gone real quick.
