I can sort of understand why he might want to keep Richards, but it would be interesting to see how much he really wants him if a bid came in.

If there is any truth in the Diawara thing, it would certainly explain Xia's excitement. And what a statement of intent it would be. He actually looks to be exactly what we need.

Not writing him off after 1 game, but he has also previously been given opportunities and not taken them. It is a shame as he did show early promise in the youth ranks, but I think he must be running out of chances.

He is what he is. He looks to be a miserable git with the cares of the world on his shoulders. But I don't care. I don't need him to be a nice guy. He is not my mate. He plays for the club I love. If he does that to my satisfaction, that is all I really ask.
