What do you mean? You think players should just be thrown in on a whim and ignore what has been happening on the pitch in previous games.

He is not a midfielder, so you are going to play with 1 midfielder. No matter what idea you have about what you think he can do, You cannot just throw players in in a haphazard fashion, it does not work like that in real life. Other teams run through us with 2 midfielders, so how is that ever going to work.

If he does not produce the goods he will be gone before the January window and we will be looking at a longer plan - again. I have got to the point where I am past worrying about it. I am just hoping that he will turn it around, but if he doesn't..............................we go again. (Big sigh)

I forgot to mention the throw-ins when I spoke of surrendering possession.

I am not bothered about the strike force. which is undoubtedly very good for this level. The problem is getting the ball to them much faster, and from the back. We were back to hoofing it and surrendering possession again yesterday.

To me Grealish is an inside forward/number 10. Adomah is a winger. I agree with your point about a better two between them to some extent, but I would still prefer to use another midfielder, limited though they are, and one of the two of Grealish or Adomah.

I think he is a good player, and will improve for us. Same applies to McCormack. Our forwards seem to have been rattled by the difficulties throughout the team.

Yes. These two are definitely superior to what we have. Tsibola I like, and I also think Lyden was good from the limited times I saw him. Westwood and Gardner - not good enough. Jedinak - we were had.

When I saw the team announced before the match, I immediately said I was worried about 2 midfielders. Where has this idea come from that Grealish and Adomah are midfielders?

Rolling contract would be so sensible. Isn't he so happy to get the job. A very good opportunity for him.
