    Agree totally we need to complement the kamara signing, it's vital the midfield is strengthened, sanson cannot get a break he would be that guy imo so guess Gerrard will need to sign another instead.

    Absolutely spot and it's been mentioned Kamara playing CB aswell which for me and most is bonkers. If villa sign no more players the I fear a relegation battle, the midfield needs to complement kamara not be solely reliant on him. Mcginn Ramsey and kamara is weak imo for 2 reasons firstly Ramsey is young and his form when off is horrible, mcginn just isn't good enough only Gerrard dosnt see this.

    We need to add to Kamara in midfield someone to complement him.not shove him to CB and replace him from midfield and make no push forward due to a pathetic weak Midfield. Sarr should be a possible addition not direct replacement for Kamara in midfield.

    So kamara has been superb seasonso far for crying out loud Kamara stays as DM, Chambers and konsa will have to play CB if Gerrard switches Boubs to CB then he's more mental than I thought. If Gerrard has more faith in put best midfielder so far as a replacement for Carlos were in a world of trouble because the alternative of mcginn,Luiz,Ramsey in midfield will.send us down.

    NO Kamara is the DM we need if they deem CB is weak get someone else in don't weaken the already weak Midfield that would be absolutely pointless and papering over the cracks.

    All this talk of kamara to play CB how about NO. Our side lacked quality last year in midfield for me we must as a priority look at another CB even if onloan and another midfielder, the latter I'd use sanson but he's not in Sir's favourites list. Ings if given chances will score he's has always been reliable to score and he will for us if given chances.

    If this is true were done this season a midfield with both Luiz and mcginn and only an upgrade of kamara instead of hourihane the season we scraped to safety, season is done and dusted. Mcginn is a joke footballer never mind a captain Luiz inconsistent. 2002/2023 villa will fail the players we have in midfield that play are rubbish and the manager just as bad.

    Thanks Jamaican I hope your right with the constant reports it hard to know what to believe or not. One thing Gerrard needs to sort this mess I'll support aston villa till I die but I'll not support him anymore I'll still be here when he's left ill just accept he's in charge but that's it.

    Yep I read it earlier was from football insider so not sure it it's accurate. If and I say if its true Gerrard should be sacked immediately he's isolating all players now because its his way or the highway, sorry Steve this is out club why don't you do one. I hated Bruce more than any other villa manager ever but Gerrard has gone to number 1 I cannot support or like him everything he's doing winds me up and the mutiny he's creating is alarming now for me he's lost the dressing room and that = game over

    Gerrard need to realise mcginn and Luiz were in the midfield 3 years ago against West ham and get the. Out the side they wernt good enough then and they aren't now. So get a set of conkers and drop your skipper go on Steve I dare you leave those pieces of garbage footballers out of our side and sign 2 actual footballers. The midfield needs to be kamara and 2x new players.

    I'll call it were utter garbage, we have have so many quality players a squad on paper of a tip 7 side far better than leciester, wolves, Palace Newcastle Brentford, Brighton etc. How on earth can we play so badly this is on the managers ala Smith and now Gerrard. Let's get someone that knows what to do in ASAP.

    The season we stayed up with a draw at west spam we had a midfield of Hourihane Luiz mcginn Ffs the remaining 2 should not be playing if we want to move forward. Aston Villa is cursed I'm sure of it, Gerrard incompetent and players clearly not good enough. Let's regroup bin mcginn and Luiz off or at least bench them and get 2 midfielders in. Of Luiz and mcginn play majority of games were screwed.

    Self destruction Steve should of tried different formations In pre season instead of dividing the dressing room picking a skipper not fit for the first team. It's too.late to try these things when the pressure has increased tenfold.

    The reason why us fans you included gets frustrated is because Managers have utterly pathetic criteria for selection, it's like the saying when you try enter a party " your name is not on the list so your not coming in" Smith had favourites and so does Gerrard, its about time these favourites were dropped like everyone else seems too.

    A few more crazy decisions by Gerrard and he will have a full on mutiny, he's clearly divided the dressing room with his favourite pickings, mings dropped will further divide the squad and withing the next few weeks he will drop the easy targets but back his mates, personally I cannot stand SG as our manager he's talks the talk but stumbles when he walks.

    Anyone see bailey dropped Saturday by our fearless leader Steve, I be surprised if coutinho is dropped, captain cannonball won't get lynched neither, I think beundia will Start as will Watkins in place of Leon and Danny. Bailey is an easy option to leave put and I think this is what Steve will do because he's a clueless numpty.

    Gerrard is on a spiral out of control he's plummeting more and more by the day he's done the point of no return. He's now chucking players under the bus or sending them to bomb squad, he's lost the plot and cannot fix this. His record poor his style of play even worse and the cracks are appearing to get bigger by the day.

    The guy wants a fair chance has he had that????? Money is important for a footballer but so is football. Smith and now Gerrard have given him zero chances so let's see this guy play before we judge him as a and if he's sold he will be an unanswered question ex player where honestly we can't judge if he's a failure or not.

    Not surprised,he's been give ZERO CHANCE at villa utterly pathetic he got injured and when fit not selected, for crying out loud this guy has been treated like a nobody and I'm sorry villa need to sort this out going forward we cannot treat players like this. And this is the same guy that was meant to of endorsed villa to Kamara ( something was mentioned after he had signed digne was also the other player ) this is not the action of a misery complaining waste of space he's being portrayed to be.
