Gerrard seriously needs to try a different midfield he cannot persisit with mcginn and Ramsey in the same midfield its weak as piss. Bolton will be no walkover if Gerrard thinks he just puts a team out and we win he's mistaken, yes we should be too strong but if and I say if we lose Gerrard will get pelters. Fans don't want to see mcginn and Ramsey in a 3 why not try the 4 2 3 1 play kamara with either Luiz or sanson I think we need that 2 infront of the defence to shore the defence, they need to get the ball and either keep it or move us forward, unfortunately mcginn gets it and panics and Ramsey is more a dribbling midfielder I'd possibly try Ramsey in a front 3 on the left.

Gerrard is Thick as mince he keeps doing the same things same selections same mates in side every week when he gets removed he has no one to blame but himself, he needs to sit back and look at all the failings because there are plenty. Regardless of what he does with his management in the future his stats as villa boss will be there for him to look at and remind him what a pathetic job he has done.

Steven Gerrard Manu have decided to leave their Skipper out against Liverpool tonight it's took Ten Hag only a couple of games to do this because the performance didn't warrant him starting. Can you at least try and make things slightly easier by dropping mcginn he's been poor for ages now and other teams are not afraid to remove the skipper so you should do exactly the same. John mcginn has hit his ceiling and will hold us back. Get a back bone and do right by the club and not yourself you selfish little man.

Mcginn must of saw Gerrard pick his nose and eat it and threatened to tell the squad Gerrard rewarded his silence with captaincy and undroppable status lol. I really cannot think what he watches during games for him to keep starting Ramsey and mcginn, both should be benched.

He has zero choice but to try his full strength side but different tactics, what he's doing now hasn't worked, try 3 CB or 2x DM just stop the same thing expecting the result to be different. Personally pre season he should of tried different things but this is Mr ego as our manager.

Jamaican of course you may well be right but unfortunately the board and Gerrard cannot believe they are watching something were not. Also let the board and manager ignore us fans at there peril the fans have stayed away before and some will again the style of play is dull and has no part in our club, Gerrard has made so many stupid decisions the captaincy is a disgrace and he is well and truly under the pump now and he will not get the fans back onside once he's lost them. I just cannot see how the board can spend anymore on transfers with a manager that's in the sackable zone. Gerrard stated he wanted winners in the changing room well he needs to stay outside post a note under the door. The club has gone backwards at an alarming rate. Gerrard shown nothing to suggest he will turn this round the big problem with this situation is he's had 3 games only this season, management should be judged on his culminative status and overall he's been pathetic. The image of the club may be looked upon as knee jerk if we sack now buy to sit and wait/hope he turns it round is a massive mistake what his stay of execution does is eat into the remaining games we have to get safe, yes you read it right get safe we are not getting Europe or mid-table the longer this goes on.

If Gerrard gets his head out of his backside he could try sanson next to kamara as a 2 and it might just keep this idiot in a job for alittle longer. What concerns me is Gerrard is heavily under pressure his job isn't secure at all due to his record as a manager at villa and therefore if he is allowed to.move players on we could end up light in numbers and Gerrard gone. Straight choice sanson staying or Gerrard, stevie is out.

Villa need to get another DM in to play alongside Kamara. The 2 guys protecting the defence need to break play/keep ball and release the attackers we have so "undroppable Frieeeeeeeeennndsss mcginn and Ramsey are out. Gerrard is so stuck in his ways and that's why he will hit sacked his tactics and style will not work

I read this this should be a wake up call for owners and say F off you waste of space he's lost the plot trying ro sign players in a formation we don't even play. I merely commented on the easy decision to leave bailey out and gerrards fabourites and hiw he has his favourite players to switch out easier than others. Mcginn could not touch the ball.once in a.game and he would still play 90minutes and selected the next game.

No surprise with Gerrard and his favourites undroppable, how can he see something different to the fans that watch he's very binkered he treats players terribly, if your in his gang you're fine if not your out. I have zero faith in Gerrard never known so much BS coming out of the squad regarding run ins with this player and that player. He may have been a quality footballer but he's not a quality manager and is so far off it, he will be gone by worldcup he refuses to be flexible with his team selections has undoppable players and won't change his view on playing style. Leon bailey had a great pre season started at Bournemouth then dropped I know we beat Everton but yet again an easy option to drop sick and tired of it now.

Couldnt put it better myself I've gone on for months about sansons treatment and that video clip shows he's got some ability. For the club to completely right him off Smith and Gerrard should hang there head in shame both have caused this drama by not giving him a fair crack at Villa. What concerns me should we let him leave firstly we have no one lined up to come in and secondly we are yet again chucking a player on the rubbish heap for no reason the guy hasn't had a sniff of football and that for me disgusts me being a villa fan like the rest having our club associated with that treatment of players.

Probably don't rate Gerrard like alot of us fans. Your not going to chuck money at Gerrard players if you have doubts about a new manager being brought in. If the window shuts and we sign no one else take it Gerrard on borrowed time his record is clear to see it's rubbish and we go one step forward 3 steps back. Jamaican well said as always problem is we've had some great expensive transfer windows I guess when it slows must be a reason. I believe they will invest if it boosts us. Villa park redevelopment I key imo as to if the interest is or isn't still there.
