Hi Gen Just been on www.footballrumours.co.uk and on the Aston Villa rumours the following was placed. 31 Jul 2011 07:23:32 Lerner is apparently being hassled by the middle east to sell some of his shares to them .. Lerner controls 89.6% of Aston Villa. He is expected to sale some shares so he has 60-70% of Aston Villa .. Meaning new investors who I've heard are billionaires like Randy Lerner but twice as much money. Are we gunna sell to Billionaires.

General That was a great reply to us fans last post you did respect to you bigtime, you seem the sort of guy I would defo like to get a drink or two at one of the home games whats your tipple?. I asked the question before regarding the club and looking into a potential of making great signings on the pitch aswell as being rewarded off the pitch with merchandise, I wont mention the name of the player in question but potentially there is a huge chance of making signings from different continents that would have huge impacts on the club, im already sure that the americans are following the Villa due to you guys being involved but there are markets such as Japan, and africa where certian players are huge. Im such you have all bases covered but it was just a thought. I am really hoping we get our fingers burnt with Nzogbia it is an absolute disgrace that we have done nothing with him I hop he signs elsewhere cos I really want a fan revolt against the board. Morning General Can you tell me if the club would see fit to potentially sign players from foreign markets such as asia, there is a clear case for business on and off the pitch, park from man u is a prime example of this, extra revenue from this could lead to villa going forward in a big way.

Hi General I am struggling to be convinced by the whole thing at VP at the moment, I feel as tho there is a real lack of direction with the whole club we have lost a great player in Ash and rumours are mounting regarding Stuey, I feel as tho Villa are no longer being touted as a Big Club when Randy, Paul and yourself signed Benty I was amazed that we carried so much clout and thought you guys were serious splashing the cash, I still believe after all the problems we have been through that Randy is dedicated to the club as are the rest of the Heirachy. We all love the Villa but the highest profile manager is need with isnt AM. Randy has a bucket full of money if we get a major high profile manager or even someone with abit of difference to most manager. My choice is Rijkaard he was a awsome player who graced the biggest stages he would have the same desire as us villans. UP THE VILLA

I would love to see Rijkaard does any fellow villans know if he has been interviewed the man has real pedigree and will uncover the new Van Basten or Gulit. Rijaard has credentials and good links with Spain Italy and Holland. What do you all think lets take a gamble with Rijkaard and get the job done. Failiure dosnt exist in Rijkaards world
