    As far as I'm aware he's out of contract in two weeks. The club have offered him a deal. But with the fall out with lambert,I wouldn't be shocked to see the lad leave for the championship.

    I think weimanns position in the team will come under severe threat and so it should. He shouldn't be guaranteed starts, and I do wonder whether in away games, having a winger I.e bacuna or tonev in the team ahead of him would benefit the quality of our counter attacks, and natural width. Would anyone agree? I love the lad but in certain games it would be better to deploy natural widemen.

    I think a realistic way we could agree a deal with Montpellier is to offer around 8-9 million plus Charles nzogbia. If theres a deal on the table that would favour the club more, they may persuade belhander to join us knowing they are getting an 'exciting French international' in return. Use nzogbias wage on belhander. Job done

    As i said last night Sunderland are awful. Only graham is ever in the box, and he is yet to score. I was shocked to see the reaction from sky and the sunderland fans regarding the result. They do realise how close they are to the bottom 3? They celebrated like they were close to the top 4. Ok they had 10 men, but the goal was from a set play. Stoke are awful, and there goal was a set play too. Put it this way, If bennett was sent off against norwich but we got a point, this forum would be in meltdown if villa sat on 38 points. But for Sunderland who were at home this is a great result?

    Did you guys just watch the same match i did? Sunderland are a joke of a team. They have no attacking direction. There number 9 is yet to score and there wingers are drastically out of form. Add gardner to the list of layers out that includes sessengon and fletcher and they look in the shit as far as i can see. Worst case is sunderland win against southampton. All the pressure will then be on the saints last day at home to stoke. Im calling it now, if southampon beat sunderland sunday, then the black cats are gone. No way they're gonna win at the lane. Also add danny rose as a player out for that game.

    As depressing as this sounds, I believe delph and Clark must be rested. Clark is skipper and our only fit cb and delph is the only midfielder in the squad who isn't easily bullied.

    Again we could spend 10 mill and get a player like McCarthy from Wigan. Perfect fit for us and would severely dent wigans survival hopes.

    I would like the people who slagged me off to rightfully give VT all the money they said they would if i was right about the budget. Because after the disaster of saturday it is obvious lambert may get a little more cash, even though i still doubt that. And to clarify another term partly discussed with flores was there would be wages set aside for one quality loan. SO i still wouldnt rule out a caroll or sturridge. But lambert has stated he doesnt like loans. Even though naughton was norwich's best defender last season.
