  1. Clearly not in the Rosita does a Glenn scene, they would've ripped her limb from limb. I think the one that got hit by the train might've been real, stupid ****.
  2. They probably didn’t even use a real baby for the stunt, absurd.
  3. It was going to be Taylor Swift’s Midnights anyway but I’ve had the jade green vinyl with hand-signed photo on today for the first time and it absolutely rips so yeah, that’s the AOTY. Full list later.
  4. Clearly not bread or potato, that would be lunacy. So we're left with pasta or rice. I eat more pasta - carbonara is bi-weekly meal and ragu is one of my specialties, though I would miss paella and risotto. As a curry accompaniment I can live without rice, my carbs of choice there would be the breads.
  5. I don’t care about bean segregation but that is a mess. would absolutely smash it though.
  6. Don’t know if you’re an Islam fan @Davkaus but see if you can get a bottle of this if so: Had it in the Head of Steam in town mate last night and took an extra two bottles home (as well as drinking some other very good cans on 3 for 2!). Very strong peated whiskey flavours coming though. I loved it, but it does seem to split opinion.
  7. As long as they get whoever did the ronaldo one
  8. Any chance FIFA might rethink the format given the excitement of these group stages? Go to the 24 team Euro way which preserves 4 team groups? It’s not unheard of for them to change logistics retrospectively…
  9. Hang on, so someone invested just enough money to knock the stadium down and leave the piles of rubble sitting there then walk away. Are we sure they aren’t DVBs, mate?
  10. Kicking off! The Uruguayans have got football Fray Bentos all over their faces.
  11. Both teams needing goals to stay in, brilliant drama again.
  12. And the reason why this is the rule, which appears to have been forgotten in this instance, is that of course the ball doesn’t have to be touching the ground at all. Then you would be saying that the lowest point of the ball can’t have crossed the line, which would be harder to judge.
  13. Everyone agrees it's very close, from the overhead angle (i.e. the one that shows if the whole ball crossed the line, which is the rule). If you think it's out from there, I think you're probably tricked by the white of the ball but fair enough. What is surprising is that some people think the ball not physically touching the line means it must be out. That has never been the case.
  14. The rules on this have never been any different in the history of football have they?
  15. The bottom of the ball, at the point it makes contact with the floor, is undeniably past the paper, yes. THAT DOES NOT MATTER.
  16. Would help if the ball wasn't white as well, a coloured edge intersecting the line would make it more obvious.
  17. When they wrote down the laws of football
  18. Anyone punching Sounness and/or Infantino, I'm all for it.
  19. In the end I wish the ITV post match had gone on longer. It was building up into a proper conspiracy theorist mad house in the studio. I bet Sounness hasn't slept a wink.
  20. You would think so but apparently not
  21. The bottom of the ball does not have to be touching the line to be in, no, if that's what you mean.
  22. The best angle we have is above the ball. The photo is here again: What evidence do you have that it crossed the line?
