  1. Defo a case of who wants to play can play, providing they’re not injured. Ollie will want his 20th, and I expect the rest will be a mix of youth and those still up for it. Absolutely no pressure, a party atmosphere, and chance to celebrate with the away fans. I’d want to play if I was one of them.
  2. **** brilliant!!! We’re back baby, Dr Tony was right all along!!
  3. I’m fine with rival fans believing we are lucky and will drop off next season. I’m sure plenty thought that last season. Thankfully we know the truth, and we know that Emery knows every system and tactical approach in the game, and is totally capable of creating a new one if he thinks we need to. This isn’t Biesla, Ange, or Moyes we’re talking about. Emery is elite level.
  4. Hopefully we don’t need to win, but if we do I will back us to get it done.
  5. A warrior-like performance from Bailey. He’s clearly carrying an injury but he’s shown so much character and fight lately. Can’t wait to see him again next season fully rested and tearing up the champions league.
  6. Yes! A lot seem to think that we’re not getting anything at Palace. I think with a week’s rest we can go there and win. And I’d love Ollie to get his 20, as I’m sure would he.
  7. I’ve not read the other comments but just wanted to note that Diaby worked his ass off tonight. Yes he could have done better with his decision making/finishing in the box, but for a player who’s low on confidence he really contributed today. Good on him, we needed him to step up and he did.
  8. Sublime strike for his first and he absolutely meant that for the second, he saw it coming in high and steered it toward goal with his thigh. Carragher and Neville slowed it down and you can see it clearly. What an impact, is he still only 20?
  9. Loved McGinn’s interview, we all know Unai won’t make excuses but good to hear SJM talk about our injuries and how people are playing with injuries and in pain. We are really pushing through the pain barrier now and I couldn’t be prouder.
  10. UTFV! A hard earned point, we could/should have won all three but I’ve got no complaints. What a game, absolute madness at times, I’m proud of the lads. We WILL get fourth now, I’m sure of it.
  11. We look ropey at the back but we’ve created two clear cut chances and got into their box on numerous occasions. I’m confident we will score again, but not confident we won’t concede. Tielemans is making a huge difference, apart from his final product, Diaby has looked a bit sharper.
