There are no rules here, some sources will count them as on target some won't, hence the 9/5+4 discrepancy in this game. I just linked to the whoscored page because I think it is excellent. If you click through you can see individual stats for all the players, including passing accuracy for each type of pass (long, short, cross etc) as well as stats for tackles and key events.
