CI
Looking forward to Stoke v NUFC Demba Ba, 12 goals in 20 PL starts - impressive ! Didn't Stoke turn him down too ?
Zatman
think he failed a medical at Stoke. This is a huge test for Newcastle and at moment they are doing well and hopefully they can continue

AVFC-Prideofbrum
What a **** job Pardew is doing. Incredible. Cabaye and Ba, two players we could have got realistically. Wasn't Ba a free?

dudevillaisnice
What a **** job Pardew is doing. Incredible. Cabaye and Ba, two players we could have got realistically. Wasn't Ba a free? Both fantastic signings. Fair play to Pardew.. I honestly thought he'd fail there but he is doing a fantastic job.
CI
Always rated Pardew. He did build a very good West Ham side, then their board lost the plot, got above themselves and fired him
VillaAlex
He did well last year too, and did a similar job to Coyle but with no cup run. Pardew was labelled as an average manager and Coyle was labelled as one of the next top British managers. Newcastle fans were furious with his appointment too. Amazing how little fans know. Hopefully our manager who nobody wanted comes good and proves us wrong as well...

PauloBarnesi
Always rated Pardew. Zatman
Im sure i heard Reo-Coker was the main reason he lost the dressing room and thats why West Ham fans hate him. He did a good job at West Ham but the owners throwing him Mascherano and Tevez didnt help
Zatman
another reason Newcastle is doing well is Krul is a fine goalkeeper
Biskitt
As well as Ba and Cabaye, I'm really impressed with newcatles back 5, look so well organised tonight and have handled Stoke pretty easily so far
VillaAlex
Surprising since they're missing Tiote, Coloccini is a great defender though to be fair. Had a disaster first season, but has settled and been a rock ever since.

Tegis Posted October 31, 2011 VT Supporter Share Posted October 31, 2011 Newcastle borrowing a Stoke towel to wipe the ball and do some time-wasting made me chuckle. Eat that karma bitches and a penalty 1-
