Vive_La_Villa Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I had a dream we got drawn at home against a non league team I’d never heard of. Dreaming of Villa a lot these days.
Vive_La_Villa Posted January 27 Posted January 27 (edited) Sandwiched in between Forest at home and Luton away. Not too bad. Chelsea only have the small matter of a final against Liverpool a few days before hand. No excuses really. Edited January 27 by Vive_La_Villa
John Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I see Coral have us at 16/1 to win the cup, but Chelsea are 10/1! A nice easy home tie would encourage our team to prove the bookies wrong! We all know it will be Liverpool or one of the Manchester clubs away though.... 4 hours ago, villan-scott said: Hopefully home vs a team from a lesser league I think they will get knocked out by Leicester.

I suppose the FA will ask Chelsea when they would like it played and we will be expected to fit in with their plans. Edited January 27 by John 1
VillaChris Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Maidstone at home. Would be a deserved and brilliant day out for them to go to either us or Chelsea. Let's be honest though, they played that Ipswich game again 100 times and they'd lose it on 99 occasions, scored off their two attempts and Ipswich missed a hatful. Getting something like Man. City away would put a huge dampener on the replay.

FA cup gate receipts are split 50-50 so it's actually better for small teams to be drawn away to the likes of Utd/City/Arsenal etc. 1

Did you see us beat them a few weeks ago? That's how you see them not winning it. Edited January 27 by Don_Simon

Yes it was an amazing performance and one that will live long in the memory. Cannot see that happening again. They are just too good and have KDB back. They will win the treble.
