Rare roasted Top Rump or Silverside Beef, preferably 24 day aged

Yorkshires (home made not that frozen Aunt Bessies or generic shit)

Roasted Chantenay Carrots and parsnips glazed in honey and rosemary

Roast Potatoes cooked in goose fat (par boiled and shaken in a colander pre roasting)

Petit Pois (Frozen are better) drizzled in thyme butter

Home made gravy, not to thin, not too thick

Horseradish sauce

Rare silverside .......Going to have to trust the quality of the meat sourced on that one

I do, locally sourced direct from the farm. Worral House Farm, they shut their shop but our daughters are in same class at school, so I collect from the farmhouse door usually when picking up or dropping off a daughter!

Can gammon be part of a roast?

Yes but there's no gravy so its a bit shit, even a decent mature cheddar sauce doesn't make up for the lack of gravy

A baked ham ......Cider jus ?

Nah a jus just doesn't give enough quantity and is a bit flippin' poncey

I understand the commitment to a decent roast but that sounds like quite a dear bargain!
