After the fantastic trip I had in April of 2011 I couldnt help but book again. April 7th-23rd Ill be across the pond. Taking in three Villa matches, or atl east trying to. Home to Stoke and Sunderland and hoping to go to Manure away. Going to be a bit different as my mom will be joining me this time around. Always wanted to go to England so this was the year. Going on a day trip to Paris this time round as we found this tour for a good price and includes everything. Heading to Brighton for a match against Watford in honour of my mate who passed away in January (life long Seagull). Still figuring out the rest of the details but I am already excited at the prospect of being in the upper Holte once again!

I flew through O' Hare almsot 2 years ago and its not a real user friendly airport to be fair. I suspect youll have to switch terminals as coming in from international and flying within the US. The transfer wont be a big issue, the big one will be customs/immigration. My suggestion to you is if you are not already flying in either first class or a row close to front of the plane (by the door) book a seat right near the door. Wont be free I assume but you will be one of the first off and can rush to customs and hopefully be one of the first inline! THat being said if 6 other international flights just landed....you might be in some trouble. You can get through everything you need done in as quick as 20-25 minutes or it can take your full 90 mins....just depends on whats happening. Hope that helps!

DOn Cherry is a legend, simple. I am very surprised by the game tonight as the first period was a fantastic high paced hard hitting period. Just what youd expect. After that well...gongshow. Ah well its not the end of the world for any Canucks supporters, though its shameful, the Canucks are still up 2-1 in the series.

Yeah well it was really only made possible from the rail pass I was able to purchase. Its for tourists coming to the country and it was $400 (250 pound) for 15 days unlimited rail use. I simply got to hop on and off the trains as I pleased and it worked as my ticket. Figure the trains I took would have cost me roughly $1200 (700 pound) so I saved a bundle! Also for someone who lives an 8 hour drive from any other Canadian city hoping on the train for 5 1/2 hours was nothing . Yes it was a bit of a let down, but at the same time I still enjoyed every minute. Have to keep in mind their is nothing even close to what I got to experience atmosphere wise here in Canada. So just having that was amazing! Though Wigan game the Holte was a bit quiet. Addicting following the Villa though. TUcked away in my mind is a master plan to move to England for a year and follow the Villa. Few years away but something i can see myself doing
