Because he is an easy target. Today Houllier got it completely wrong, Downing needs to play on the left where he has been our best player, and Fonz should have started so we had enough pace up front to worry arsenal.

Sigh, the first goal was the worst goal we have conceded this season, a nothing clearence from their keeper and collins tries to get it for no reason then both of them pull of and leave arshavin free to run in at goal. Disgraceful. As for the second I'll never understand why we dont mark people on the edge of the box. That isn't a good arsenal team, Wilshere is raw and he will make mistakes if we get at him, never rated Rosicky and Squillaci is rubbish. Their bench is much better than ours though which will hurt. Expect to lose but we should be able to push them.

Had a dream we'd win with a dominant win (which was very odd because I never dream about Villa). Arsenals Cbs are rubbish and I think we should play Gabby with someone. We can tell Fonz to play on the ride side and help out with some of the defnse work that young wont be doing on the right side. Basically we can focus our attacks down the left and middle and utilize our pace and strength. The lack of defense on the right wont matter as this season all arsenals attacks come through the middle or on the right, Clichy hasn't been good going forward and AA likes to cut on the inside and play narrow.

had an amazing end to my first season, won the fa cup and won the league beating chelsea by one point. Chelsea was 9 points ahead of me with 4 games to go, they only managed 2 draws and i picked up 4 wins . Ashley young wins english player of the year with 13 goals and 10 assists. Gabby was a super star with 20 goals and 16 assists. Ireland got young player of the year with 10 goals and 12 assists. Those 3 were very much the stars of my team. In terms of bugs at the start of februrary 4 players came to me with the complaint of poor discipline in the squad despite not even being in the top 10 for cards accumulated and only 2 red cards. From those complaints Park became unhappy and now at the end of the season is still unhappy and refuses to chat with me, which is just ridiculous. Ashley young tried to hand in a transfer request to move to a bigger club while i was in first place which was just silly. impossible to offload players, players seem far too moody, many players seem to want to hand out transfer requests and if you are smart it would be very possible to have one of the best teams within 3 seasons.

Thats quiet the prediction, only saw him play against Vienna and didn't think much of him to be honest. Putting him in against united would be one hell of a premier league debut.

Yeah i've only been able to sell Davies, Sidwell and Osbourne and only got 4mil for the lot. Didn't even bother trying to get anyone in January, basically decided i'm letting a lot of people on their last season go for free and next season i should be able to start getting the players i want.

Stephen Warnock continues his mission to collect the most yellow cards in a season. Last season the most cards anyone got was 11(well 12 if u want to count reds as well) i think he'll easily beat that .

So this was the forth game since Houllier has been in charge that i have been unable to watch live and just like the other 3 they were wins, seems like i am going to have to wait a while to watch us win. Saw parts of a delayed telecast and highlights, from what i saw Fonz looked pretty good, a good header that was a definite goal and then some smart work to pull of the last defender and a finish that a top class poacher would have been happy with. Think he'll gain a lot from this game and hopefully can continue to improve. Downing had another good game, its nice to see him trying more long shots, he has good technique and hopefully we'll be seeing more goals from him in the near future. Ayoung seemed to have a good game as well, someone who watched full game could clarify this but it seemed that he was switching roles with albrighton and downing throughout the game so he was able to find himself more space. Against Fulham he only stayed in the middle and seemed more limited. Both goals conceded were a joke, if we defend like that against united we could easily find ourselves on the wrong end of a thrashing.

Thing is with a hypothetical question is one can give an hypothetical answer and stand to it as if they are some form of moral super human But , Reality is that if the situation was real , they would , and they are deluded If they think otherwise Just because you have a stance and cant understand why people think otherwise does not mean that do not! I don't believe in torture, in your hypothetical if someone is crazy enough to do said thing then i doubt he'll give up truthful information within the 2hrs and nothing would be gained from it.

I'm against it, there is little evidence to suggest that information 'obtained' through torture is accurate and it most certainly is obtained quickly. Also don't think that it sends the right message across the globe, things like this just add fuel the fire. Alternatives are limited, but planned attacks tend to be caught by intelligence agencies, the best solution i can offer is work on improving these.

Well as i said on page 6 Bannan to have a stormer! the kid has looked class since NRC went off. On a side note think Clark is a better partner for Bannan he actually stays back so Bannan has freedom to run around and create unlike NRC who wanders too much. Albrighton amazing goal super touch to set himself up. Fonz missed 2 headers but good positioning, very dissapointed with his decision after he was put through by Bannan though he needs to back his shot because you dont get chances like that too often in this league. AYoung has been poor, should keep it more simple because his fancy stuff just isn't working. Grinning with excitement about the second half

I am excited about the prospect of Fonz starting, for all heskeys efforts he just isn't a goal scorer. Hopefully Clark starts in midfield again, think he'll do a better job then sidwell. Hopeful of a 1-0 Fonz to score but expect a 0-0 or loss.

He is meant to be but given how long he has been out for now i'm sure Houllier would prefer to play him off the bench or either start him and take him off early until he gets going so Fonz should definitely be getting some game time over the next 3 weeks.

Dont think its entirely his fault, i remember the game against burnley he could have had 4 assists and should have had at least 2 instead of the 1 picked up.

Sadly they will sack Mancini, get in MON and he'll know what to do with him. :x This morning on Talksport a couple of callers were calling for Mancini to get the sack and for them to bring in O'Neill and get Bellamy back from Cardiff. I really, really, reeaalllyy doubt that MON could do a good job at City. As much as a dislike the man, with City's resources he would get them into Champions league. He is a motivator and tends to be able to get key people playing well. He'll get results with that squad and be able to tell players he doesn't want to bugger off and City's owners will give him money to do whatever he wants. I dont think he'll be able to get them performing in CL and challenging for the title but seeing as managers at the club have a shelf life of a year that wont be a problem
