Just do whatever pace and distance you feel comfortable with and do it as often as you feel capable. it's a bit different I know, but I've just started running again after my op and I started of literally running for a few yards before having to stop. After a few weeks now I'm running for 5 minutes at a time, I haven't pushed myself, just done what my body will allow.

Shillzz Makoun was not at fault for the goal. Petrov, Collins, Dunne, Friedel maybe but not Makoun. Give him a bit of time, 10 games down the road not 2 1/2. I already love the fella, wasn't really criticising him personally, was just more concerned that the team were scapegoating him for Fulhum's goal, when it was more down to Friedel. Really think he should start back alongside Reo Coker though, just to give him license to get forward more. I'd like to see him start alongside NRC now, although we're going to need a proper DCM next season. I'm not sure where Bradley will fit in, I'm hearing different things about him (can be box to box or DCM). I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out.

I think Walker could be a great day against Blackpool, I wouldn't play CC. Blackpool are made for us to counter, we might have a field day. Downing, Young and Albrighton will run riot and Bent should get some chances. 4-2 Villa.

I don't think he's that far away from being fairly regular starter here. I think he'll look better with players around him, this season he's been playing alongside inexperienced and injured players, not ideal. I don't think he'll be first choice next season, but he might get his fair share of games if he works hard in the summer and improves his game.

Not at all. Although it depends on the individual. We've had some real characters. Of course, if you just ignore them, then sure, they'll ignore you - and who can blame them? I liked it too. Although I am a sucker for that sort of stuff, abandoned space stations, aliens/monsters, etc...I'll give any sci-fi horror a go, and probably enjoy it too. I don't think it did well commercially though, and the rest of the proposed trilogy hinged on that I'm not exactly into sci-fi/horror, but I do like watching them without being mad keen. I take it there won't be a 2nd and 3rd then?

They dont do much do they really. Just sort of sit around and eat or sleep and occasionally scratch you.
