    Top 4 would be a step up from last year and a fantastic season, the cups are a bonus, but the league is more important. I would be dissapointed to finish lower than 4th as i think we're well capable of top 4, however it wouldnt be underachieving to finish 7th as the 4 clubs pushing for 4th are closely matched.

    Cant believe he plays Cuellar instead Young. Cant see us attracting top players unless we qualify for CL, but i think we're only 2 top players from being right up there.

    Delph doesnt look like a DCM to me. Looks comfortable on the ball and with a more games next year i think the year after next will be when we see the best of him (box to box).

    Good result and boost for the GD. Gave Young the MOTM. Cant believe how many MOTM awards Downing got in the poll, he scored 2 (1 lucky) but was shocking before he scored. This match showed the best and worst of Villa as an attcking side. We struggle to break teams down when they get players behind the ball, but as soon as we go in front we can play some great counter attack stuff.

    We have been shit since we scored. We sat back when taking the lead and let Utd take the upper hand. Since Nani was sent off we've been outnumbered upfront, everyones in midfield. Why didnt MON make an immediate change and get another forward on??? If it doesnt happen at half time its a joke. We need to be more positive....COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dunnes a great player, one of the best defenders around. Good, header, tackler, great pace for a big man and can play a bit when he needs to. A leader as well, should be captain IMO. Better than Laursen.

    Agree with 100%. Weve got the best defense in the league and have great quality when we get the ball in dangerous positions. A better CF to hel Gabby out and a better CM to help Milner would make us SERIOUS title challengers.

    Loving it!!!!! Best Villa performance for a while. Was shitting myself towards the end, expecting the usual MANU goal, but we held on, COME OOOOOONNN!!!! Defence superb and Downing makes a massive difference to the side. Everyone played well!!! (apart from PETrov, hes shit)

    Cuellar has always been a good centre half and is geting better and better. Hes a terrible right back tho and wouldnt like like to see much of him in our opposing teams half too much. Played v well yesterday.

    I think the only mistake MON has made this season is not strengthening the centre mid. Hes improved the back four a lot, has brought in Downing and has Gabby going from strength to strength up front. Im behind MON 100% and if he brings in a couple of midfielders next year things will be looking good.
