    More creativity is needed in the team. Really want to see Grealish in the team. The striker situation really depends on when Benteke and Kozak are coming back. If not for a while we should be looking to bring someone in, especially if Bent is off.

    If he is available I would be all for us making a move for Wickham. Can't see Helenius coming back and we do have a nice number 9 shirt up for grabs. Wickham seemed to be more than just a big target man for the 2nd half of last season.

    And on a free. Not a bad signing but I keep getting the impression that West Ham don't really know what they want and that the board are signing some players without talking to Allardyce.

    Someone on TBAR has said that Carlos Sanchez is flying in today and the deal could be complete by Monday. If he's a solid DM then this is good news.

    About £5m for the lot. Then actually for 5m we have a decent (and experienced) LB, and 2 young LB's who could still turn out to be decent. Not too shabby.

    I'm confused by the statement bit. The statement is that we still have **** all money to spend but we may still sign some decent players if we can get them cheap enough. Could be worse I suppose. All heil Randolph Lerner, saviour of Aston Villa.

    Definitely still need a DM. Capoue is a good shout, especially as Spurs want schneiderlin still.

    Not bad for the reported 2.3m. Better than what we have and it will be another option at LB to push Clark and Baker further down the pecking order.
