  1. If we went down, I'd be disappointed that I wouldn't be able to watch every game. I can't afford to go to as many games as I'd like to, so Premier League streams have been a lifeline in the past couple of seasons. Not missed a game whether it be live, streamed or in a pub for 3 years, but guess I will if we went down. Would ticket prices drop significantly if we got relegated? Going down would be an absolute **** disaster! Keep McLeish and stay up (ideally stay up and lose McLeish).
  2. Yep that sounds about right. Heskey is going to have to be a very important player for us over the next 3 games.
  3. Keys and Gray, Eck's pals are now saying it just isn't working for McLeish at Villa, and the manager doesn't fit the club. Gotta go at the end of the season, if not earlier!
  4. That was James Nursery from The Mirror. Mat Kendrick doesn't seem to go by what James says, claiming there is no wage cap during his webchat. Why is Randy so keen to start a battle with the fans?
  5. Get out our club Randy you useless sack of shit! Still fuming.
  6. Go away McLeish! Your a living nightmare for our club and it's fans!
  7. Mr. Lerner and Mr. Faulkner, look what you have done now. Don't say we didn't **** warn you. From an absolutely fuming Villa fan. VTID!
  8. Mark Davies and Reo Coker is a much better midfield partnership than Warnock and Herd. This could be a long night! Absolutely no creativity.
  9. Where is the creativity in that line up? Herd and Warnock are the least creative central mid partnership I think I've ever seen on paper!
  10. McLeish is getting a right grilling on Talk Sport by Adrian Durham and Darren Gough right now. About time!
  11. Cuellar captain tomorrow if Gabby fails to make it.
  12. Carlos Cuellar will be captain tonight if Gabby fails to make it according to Eck. Captain Carlos!
  13. Probably because a lot of main U18's were playing in the NextGen series and more reserve matches once all the usual reserves got called up to the first team. U18 league seems to have been a lower priority this season.
  14. The Gen says "Millions upon millions of pounds and we aren't bothered?". Correct McLeish did costs millions of pounds and look what good that has done. Poor decision making at the top is costing us on the pitch and is costing Randy money!
  15. Nice one, good to hear from someone so close to Randy. Have you replied to that email off him?
  16. How did you contact the Gen? He sounds pissed off ! We'll get behind the lads, but we don't want McLeish as boss beyond the end of the season. Total dross, he has under performed majorly if we are to go by the Generals predictions of the season.
  17. A few good reasons for them to protest then. The protests are for the removal of Alex McLeish, and people think if they are big and loud enough, they may work. I'm 50/50 on the effectiveness of them, I think the attendance figures and public image of the club will be of more concern to our owner. We'll scare off good future partnerships and sponsorships with crap football and league positions. The appointment of a manager who relegated our fierce local rivals twice and seemingly is doing the same thing here, has clearly rangled with pretty much all the fans. Especially after a lot of BS he, Faulkner, Randy and co spouted out at the start of the season.
  18. I wonder if Randy's henchman General Charles Krulak is still thinking the lowest Villa can finish this season is 9th and highest is 4th under McLeish? If he represented Randy, then the American owner and his colleagues are so out of touch with English football that it's unreal. I can tell Krulak now, that 9th place will likely be mathematical impossible in a weeks time.
  19. FA Cup game that, it's 358 corners without a goal in the Premier League.
  20. It's scary how much of a must not lose tomorrow's game is. We lose, we are 3 points away from relegation (though technically our goal difference pretty much makes it 4). We lose tomorrow night I worry about the mental fragility of the squad in the two away games and the Spurs home game. Tomorrow's game is absolutely massive for the future of the club imo.
  21. A piece of bog roll covered in shit would be an even better way of showing disapproval.
  22. Houllier was a proven big name/wage manager. His last jobs before us were Liverpool and Lyon. McLiesh wasn't a false dawn, don't think anyone thought anything good would come of the appointment. Scholari = Massive flop in the Premier League. Capello = He's old and would want about £5 million a year. Not for Villa. Koeman = Never seems to last much longer than a season at a club. Frank Rijkaard, yeah maybe he might work, would he come here? Martinez builds teams and legacy's for the teams when he leaves, we need someone like that. You only have to look what he got going at Swansea to see. He's got Wigan playing some decent football now too on a pretty non existent budget. Seems well tuned into football, a clever bloke. And he's Spanish.
  23. It will be an absolute shambles if McLeish keeps his job at the end of the season. How can a manager who is on track for overseeing the worst home record ever, finishing behind Baggies for the first time in 34 years and having our lowest PL points total keep his job? Not to mention the poor football. He looks a clueless man, totally devoid of ideas when he's either standing on the side lines or sitting squashed between Grant and Cowans.
  24. Even if I took 358 corners for Villa, I recon one would have treacled into the back of the net by now. 358 corners and no goal must be a Premier League record surely?
  25. Spot on, we did well against them last year when we played a lot of kids, had a go and got a 2-2 at home. Please freshen things up Randy and bring in a new manager, McLeish and his little sidekick must go! Both are proven disasters.
