My new car!

Is it any motion with a knee bend or just deeper ones like squats? I was thinking you could do a different variation of Burpees. But it still might be too much. When did the tear happen? how long of you been resting and hopefully icing it? Also, how's the attachment above the knee in the quad and below it near the shin? Essentially does either hurt and if so which one hurts more?

Todays work out almost won. I really did struggle more than I have in a long time. I still finished the work out but my form wasn't good on hardly anything. Damn single leg box step ups ruined me. I did move almost everything out of my sisters apartment the other day and my body was full of aches. Still, I felt like a puss. BOF, get your butt in gear. You definitely need to rest the knee but there's plenty of other stuff you could be doing. Especially if you are that grumpy without the gym. YOU GOT THIS!

My post in general chat basically says it. I don't understand why I can't just say here's money, give me a car, have a nice day. But I have been doing a pretty good job with it all. .......I think. This is one of those times when I wish I was a dude. They think I don't know anything about cars so they tell me absurd lies. I actually went to one dealership where 4 grown men couldn't even be subtle about it, they were talking about my bewbs. I normally just ignore stuff like that but c'mon people, be somewhat adult.

I'm kind of proud that even though I am desperate for a car I haven't given in to the BS deals they keep trying to throw at me. But it's starting to get to me. I want a car. I found a dealership a few cities away thats willing to give me a fairly good deal. So I'm going to show that deal to a dealership here. See if they will give me something better. But I really am getting worn down. I neeeeeeeed a car. Just hope I do a good job with this deal making stuff. *fingers crossed*

Never did watch Freaks and Geeks until last night......what the hell is wrong with me?! That show was great. I'm only on episode 4 but I really enjoy it.

The last 2 months really have been a very harsh struggle. But the last 2 weeks being without a car has taken it's toll on me. Where I live, if you don't have a car you can't get to very many places. I work too much and help take care of my grandfather so depending on rides is "doing my head in" I suppose. This morning my sister just let me use her car. Windows down, music up, sun shining. I couldn't say how the rest of the day will go, but it was definitely an awesome start!!! Car=Freedom. Also, I destroyed my workout today!!! If I wasn't half dead from that fact I'd be super mega hyper. (no more energy left) And last but never least, reading up on you guys and dolls does keep me entertained. You're just funny I suppose. Believe it or not, it's helped me. Soooooo thanks.
