i thought we lacked imagination,you could see how the game was going when blackburn took the lead, why is it we we look jet lagged? & you see teams like stoke giving everything for 90 mins..sorry but the league does not lie,we are where we are for our performances this year, its bloody worrying.

clarke looked the part,never played in that position & did a cracking job, sidwell was again missing & adds nothing, the back four was again imence & even dunne improved on his recent performances, i thought gh might have thrown ireland on to get the goal as we were in control of the ball on the deck for the last 10mins instead carew..sorry but the big mans out stayed his welcome,we need to move on. the big plus is we have gabby/allbright/ireland to return,these players will create more chances..the blues have nothing to add to their team.

- WHY on earth did Richard Dunne start ahead of Carlos Cuellar? The same Carlos Cuellar who was MOTM last week at Wolves. This really worries me because if Cuellar can't keep Dunne out of the team after that performance, what hope does he have? I think this was a really bad error from GH and hugely unfair on Carlos. If I was him i'd be seriously **** off. SPOT ON,its been noted on here dunne form,cc looks quicker than dunne regarding dealing with danger, its bloody worrying how many times petrov ball watched with spurs attacking.

i like dunny..however i must say the big fella has been at fault for a few goals, i like carlos in the middle,i feel sorry for carlos after his solid display against bolton.

hope i done get villa v bolton on dvd this xmas! brad was on form & thank god for that!,luke young-steady game, dunne-something not right with the big man, collins-rock solid, warnock-reckless, ireland- finesse,went missing,should have scored, petrov-poor,didnt drive on the midfield, marc -tried,huffed &puffed, ash-commited,looked dangerous, gabby-very poor,didnt trouble the ordinary knight,downing-had a good game,carew-did his stuff......i thought bolton deserved a point,maybe all 3 points, you can paper over the cracks so many times,best of luck to the new manager x

great post villaandloyal,i felt the same way about warnock,hes very poor in the air & this was highlighted again,your post summed him up,dunne has been getting worse & worse in every game,hes making basic mistakes game in game out,i love collins,he a rock in the defence for us,....so why do villa crumble so often? we carnt kill off a game! if we kept the ball stoke would not be winning free kick after free kick,we were the stronger team in the last 15mins of the 1st half & you just knew if we didnt score in our happy spell we would be in trouble in the second half,..what i find really hard to take is we have been beat againin the same manner,we havnt learnt from previous defeats in the same way.

was davis good value at 10 million pounds? NO! ,heskey was a waste of 3 million pounds, & have we seen a 12 MILLION pound player in downing? thats 25 MILLION POUNDS OF POOR PLAYERS.

i would take ireland over millner,i know some city fans who rate ireland higher than millner, lets take stock for a second,millner had a ordinary first year at the villa,he did well at the start of last season in the middle then faded midseason,showed bottle at wembley & carrick ran him ragged ,can you honestly say millner shone in the world cup? £25m ..snapp their hand mon,easy replace i reacon

dont know where to start with this one,its a dead on that jimmy is off now to the riches of city, i think mon did a great piece of buissness in signing jm & replacing jm with a scott parker is a bad investment,mon should go for o'hara, very much like millner with a great ethic in midfield..... imho i think millner wont be that hard to replace,his mid season form was very ordinary & looked very much like a winger in the middle, did we miss barry? no.
