    spot on, the start of season you get by with a touch of new team fire & surprise, then it dyes down.. the fans leave you to it & hey presto ..were not good enough! smith is not inspiring me, playing our best player wide & doing it in a game we need to win v 10 men! sticking his hopes on a forward who is arguable the worst CF the club has bought in the last 30 years! theirs more wrong than right which leads to villa playing in the championship next year & we all know the script on that record smith may walk when burnley give us a football lesson new years day

    their is no 10 game run in this set of players with smith at the wheel in this league. we struggle to pass ten times v 10 men . if villa want to stay in the league ..its big sam if villa stick with smith its relegation both are as frightening as each other but thats the real world of football.

    its a sign when the manager starts blaming the refs etc.. not once have villa looked solid & organised this season , against 10 or 11 men their has been more wrongs than rights under smith in the prem, in every way , the wes thing is just the tip of the iceberg. every other club sees their failings & acts, we simple just roll our thumbs around each other.its not good enough
