My only thought would be that he was late changing things up - how many of us saw this coming ? So an elite coach must also have seen this coming right ? But I also acknowledge that sometimes in football it’s hard to halt momentum regardless of what a coach tries to do

Actually I do see something in him, in just the same way as I did with YT and believe that he will come good

Gosh that is so harsh - we were under the cosh for long periods, he has barely played a game, how can he be expected to be fully up to speed.

That’s so harsh - coming in today’s game from the bench was always a big ask for any player. This guy will prove his doubters wrong in the same way that YT is doing imo

Exactly right - I’m sure most of us were still concerned at 0-2. Never looked comfortable or in charge all game. I don’t feel it would have made much difference this evening but another striker would be helpful overall please ( Hee Chan ) would be worth a punt imo We are looking tired and the break before our next conference game, could not have come at a better time.

Absolutely I agree with you. And whilst I would not expect him to dip back to his previous levels of poor form, we must wait and see how the remainder of the plays out. Wingers the world over, are consistently inconsistent - And as you allude too, he has been around some time now

I don’t know if it’s purely coincidental but there seems to be a lack of Castore products available to purchase on the high street? My wife went shopping in town and merry hill today and couldn’t get any Castore kit.

But why go to this much trouble ? Unless we aren’t giving him his agreed quota of minutes? I think he has been decent and would be more than happy to keep him.

No not in my opinion. SJM Dougie Bouba Emi Torres Konsa And a fully fit and up to speed Moreno are above him for this accolade although it’s still way too soon to be picking a main main imo

Of course not - but incidents like today might just reaffirm in their own minds? Look it’s just a personal thing that I don’t like to see in any players and even less in ours. i might well be in a very small minority but that’s just how I feel

I hear what you say - but it’s also worth noting how many prem league refs have seen this incident and already made a mental note ? I just don’t feel that he has done himself any favours here, and actually he might not now get the full protection of referees’s that he is entitled too.

Sorry I don’t agree - what he did in the first incident was both childish and worthy of a booking in my view. Doesnt matter how good he is - personally I don’t like to see this. Imagine how we would have felt if it were the other way round? it’s just not necessary in my humble opinion. That “ madnes “ you speak of is the reason why he will never be revered as a truly great keeper in many opposing fans eyes.
