With respect I think you are - this team is still work in progress - when you consider the injuries to Emi/Ty /JJ and Moreno, coupled with new signings still settling in, I think we are doing really well. Come the new year - I am confident we will be really flying high. Be less worried - all will be fine.

I completely agree JV - I think the guy is a mercurial genius and love watching him play. But it’s difficult to maintain a case for him, due to his all to often unavailability. Fully fit and focussed, he is without question an assist to the match day squad.

Ollie I’m afraid is always going to be a source of frustration - I would say this will be his career tbh. He scored a goal today, which frankly I’m still scratching my head as to how he did so, considering the angle he shot from, but then he is also capable of some school boy errors. I am not sure if his first touch, will ever be enough to drag him into elite mode - but if he could only repeat his form, from the second half of last season - I’m sure we will all take it his

I’d be more than ok with him starting tomorrow - he has probably just done enough to have earned it. I would worry a little how this might impact Ollie, as I don’t think he has faced being dropped has he?? Would it give fire in his belly - or send him into sulk mode? But at this level sentiment is out of the window - and I would start Duran

I like him and think under Unai he will develop into a fine player. That goal was something else, almost had no right to score, must have headed that ball at its highest point. Love his attitude too

Sorry to beat the same drum - but I still don’t think he knows his best 11- how could any manager know, not with the crap luck we have had with injuries and the new signings. For me - the second half of this season will be very enjoyable, I expect the starting 11 for most games will be settled. Clearly Europe will impact this, but by and large I think we will see his thinking. I have total faith that the best is yet to come.

You are right - he has been fine this season, but now he is likely to be replaced. We probably all knew it was only a matter of time. Still good to have around as back up

To be fair - Digne has played really well this season - but has had his worst game, probably at the most in opportune moment for him imo

Its’s inevitable he will leave - just when is the bigger question, if we are successful no doubt this will be sooner, than what we want. We are very lucky to have him, the last time I felt such an affinity to a manager, was possibly Big Ron and Deano Paul Lambert really excited me, when he came in - sadly we know how this ended. I think we just have to enjoy the moment for what it is

Love this man - can’t wait to see him back out on the pitch again. I was really hopeful of a big season from him. Emi and Bertie can do things with a football that most players can only look on with envy I love having both of these at the club

I think he is going to be a really good player for us - I’m sure it’s just a small matter of time before he is a nailed on starter.
