    The manager ON FRIDAY literally said that "we will not buy unless it is a clear upgrade on what we have". He didn't say, "we have no money and have to penny pinch any signings", he is waiting for the right player to become available. If a clear upgrade is available that fit's our world class manager system, then he will spend the money. Until then, I'd rather he didn't. Our owners have a combined wealth greater than the gross domestic product of Jamaica. Stop peddling this tripe that they don't have any money. Your posting for effect is becoming exhausting.

    Firstly, I cannot take anything you say seriously because of that utterly hideous profile pic you have. It's just a tiny step down from having the balls to put a Birmingham City badge on and walk in here. Entire back line? Entire midfield? Newcastle are currently heading for Europe with only a scattering of players that Villa, Brighton, Wolves or Leeds fans would call upgrades on their starting 11. It's the management that have gotten them where they are and I'm not sure you've noticed but Villa now have one of the best managers in world football. Once Emery has had time to mold the squad and get the best out of what he has, we will be right in and among it. It's this obsession with a total rebuild that ruins progress.

    Everton are most likely going to get relegated. They should have been relegated last season but for their fans who utterly carried them in the last 3 games. They proper got away with one. Won't be so easy this year, fat Franks luck is running out.

    Not really, they bought Lacazette in the summer after Dembele had scored 21 goals in 30 games the season before. Makes a whole load of sense that but I guess at the time it was as a squad option. If Villa had had a 20 league goal forward in any season, we'd hardly be going out looking to replace him. Anyway, Dembele was injured in preseason and missed the first 2 games of this years league. Lyon got off to a flyer with Lacazette up front and he hasn't been able to regularly get back in the side starting.
