Happy with Ajax. I’d be happier to play one of the stronger teams in the earlier rounds. Brighton have beaten them already this season so nothing to fear!!!

That was exactly what United will have hoped for. Get a few early goals and sit back and counter. I said it last week against us and again today. If Big Sam or Dyche was managing United everyone would be up in arms about their “style” of play. But because their manager is Dutch and looks like megamind (and they keep winning) people will say it’s great management.

Another terrible decision. It’s clearly played by the Man United player. That’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s just incompetence.

I find the results bias quite amazing in the premier league. The assumption that since United beat Villa last weekend that they played well is nonsense. Villa destroyed United and should’ve won the game comfortably. Very similar to this game. United took the limited chances they had and Villa/ Luton haven’t.

How many times will Neville mention that United were “breathtaking in the first 10mins”? They have been destroyed for the last 30mins. No mention of that Gary?

I’d love to be as oblivious as Casemiro. He look of shock when he gets the most standard yellow card in football is something to behold.

As an Irish fan I love Ogbene but he only has pace. If he has 30 yards to run into he will destroy Shaw. No doubt the ref will let Shaw away with 15 fouls before he considers a second yellow.

They are the most expensively assembled squad in the history of football and the highest total wages in the league. They should be challenging for the league not hoping for others to falter to get into the top 4.

I have the ref average as that’s is the average now. Refs in this league are terrible, the VARs are worse. Offside decision, wrong Penalty decision, wrong And I’d argue the Diop stamp is a red card.

I think the on field ref has been ok (not great but fine). The VAR has been terrible.

When was the last time we got a close VAR call? It seems every week we have tight offside calls go against us?

After listening to Unai yesterday I’d be surprised if Tim doesn’t feature. Maybe not from the start but it’s clear he sees him as the Bouba replacement. Emi Cash Lenglet Pau Moreno McGinn Luiz Bailey Tielemans Ramsey Watkins That leaves Diaby, Rodgers, Digne, KHH, Tim etc from the bench.
