Just listened to an interview by Guardiola that the reason he subbed off Foden by half time against Bournemouth despite them leading and him scoring was tactical. He wasn't happy with him. The crazy amount of detail he puts into his system and tactics I'm absolutely amazed and facinated by. Likes of Gerrard and Smith I feel are just very basic managers and I can't see us evolving until we hire an elite manager. Coutinho as an example would be nowhere near the starting lineup if Guardiola was our manager. I feel we are managed by a complete rookie, and I fear for us this season. -
Shouldn't be in contention for starting. He is our best player. Should be the first name on the team sheet.

The atmoshphere was so magical 1st season after promotion. Probably be a while until we'll get back to that.

The problem with Moyes is he gets you to a certain level then you don't progress any further. There will come a point for west ham where they wants to go to the next level and will have to make a decision.
