Well I think we are going to completely disagree on this point, full time whistle goes and that’s the end of the game regardless imo. Does it get restarted for a throw-in decision that is given the wrong way or a freekick? I bet I know the answer.

Doesn’t matter, he had blown for full time, that’s the end of the game. You can’t pick and choose when to give a penalty no matter how close to full time it happens.

We shouldn’t be worrying about Brighton, they aren’t going to be in a relegation battle, but then hopefully neither will we.

Shocking decision... do you then go back through and allow every decision that was not given to be given? Farcical and a result that should be reversed back to the 2-2 when the referee blew for full time. If it’s allowed to stand it’s going to set a precedence that will allow all non given penalties that should’ve been given to get taken after the match.

I find it weird so many would be against Benteke signing. Yes he has been crap since he left, but you don’t go from being World Class to crap in the space of a summer like when he joined Liverpool. We have seen first hand just how good he CAN be when he applies himself. Liverpool was the wrong move for him, he needed a big club that had faith in him, they didn’t. Crystal Palace, well you’d be pretty depressed signing for them wouldn’t you?! Aston Villa is the perfect club for him, a big club that he could settle back in with, the problem is his mindset has gone once Liverpool didn’t give him a chance. He has the talent to be world class again, just needs the right environment. Benteke could be awesome with our current squad.

Does that mean we get to re-open the Rashica thread?
