The difference between Ravel and the rest of our so called 'poor personality' players is that Ravel is actually good. Gazza churned out many good years despite probably being much worse than Ravel in terms of personality.

We bought a lot of players and did lots and lots of business to the squad last season. That didn't turn out well. I'd rather sign just 3 or 4 players and stop it. There are quite a few good players in our squad, they only did 'badly' because the rest of the team were going the opposite direction. Think of last season as someone trying to climb a mountain, connected to their friend, before the friend just jumps off and takes the other person with him.
