It was a great pass by Lansbury but did anyone else notice just before the pass how Brentford player tried to shoulder him off the ball. Brentford player went ground and Lansbury didn't break stride.

Exactly right. If I was another club I would be offering to loan Richards with %100 wages paid by villa. That's how bad an offer if any we would get for him. We keep him in the squad as some extreme backup let him run his contract out this year (I'm only hoping here) and see ya later. No one is buying Richards except for maybe peanuts. Literally.

I agree Tro. The root of our problem is our players have been played too handsomely for too long. Time to get some real ugly players in, then we will see a difference

Don't think I have ever disagreed with you Trent but I do here. He wasn't PL standard no but that wasn't his fault that we bought him. He did try and he did always put in a shift and he was playing in a crap team too. This I thinks excluded him from 'terrible' status. But just my opinion. Nb I might be wrong but I think the strikers in front of him were Holt and or Keane on loan.

I agree with where you want us to be but I would rather stay down another season and actually build team work and playing style, scouting networks and club structure then hopefully go up next season a really strong club. My fear now is if we go up this season then we could come straight back down. I want to go back up as much as anyone but not as basket case or a patched up team. I want to go back up with a team that can fight like lions. Because results aside that's what we all really want. We want to be prepared and fight like lions in every match. UTV VTID
