    I can think of a few obvious ones that that have had that most don't to my knowledge.

    you can simply divide the current revenue by current attendance and then times it by the added capacity. The intangibles for us fans are what those numbers are for this year with the higher prices, and what will be brought in by for want of a better word 'corporate' as that is where the serious revenue increase comes from with these projects. If you can make it break even at the start then debt only gets cheaper as money devalues and prices go up, it is all very simple.

    I have no idea. First you think they don't want to pay out their own pocket which is a little worrying, but, then you think well they could borrow against the club and do it and have decided not to do it. There is no way a new stand wouldn't pay for itself if we borrowed the money to do it....... So I have no idea.

    I know what some people are saying, I'm saying it will be 3%, its important for my job to know. What happens in 2025 I'm not sure if it will continue to nose dive or if they will be sensible and hold it there.

    I stand by that this new guy is doing really dumb stuff, badge/stand. the owners have been great, maybe this comes from them, they obviously don’t disagree as they are letting him do this. this WILL set us back, every year that passes we fall behind another 100m on the people they want and we want to compete with.

    He doesn’t do anything well enough to fulfill what Kamara does. im not saying he is crap but we have specific requirements he doesn’t meet. if we had money I would suggest a lad Forrest signed in the summer as they have FFP issues.

    5% would be an expensive loan on 1 billion, could probably get 3% in the coming couple of years. Also the debt will devalue as the cash becomes less valuable and as prices go up. It 100% would make commercial success if they found the right site.

    I don't see him being moulded into a DCM at all. As for letting Donk go out on loan, I assume we are bringing someone in or of course we have just weakened ourselves.

    A lot of clubs are to match the revenue needs clubs have now a handful have got these revenue making machines. Otherwise we all get left behind. its got to be a place for all week long not for once every two weeks. So business conferences and concerts etc
