  1. Did you see the reaction of the Away end at the Reading Game?
  2. Hopefully it won't be, but with the club in the circumstances it is then you're probably right. The reason is say it's the make or break, is that lost today and it'll be a negative spiral from the home & away fans...and that is a very very difficult cycle to recover from.
  3. Tomorrow is make-or-break for Steve's tenure of our great club, the fans will not tolerate a bad performance. If not for us Steve, do it for yourself mate.
  4. I hope that Steve woke up with his Attacking-Mentality hat on.
  5. My comment was more tongue in cheek, and you are right with what you say for sure.
  6. Well, that's us back to playing ultra-defensive away from home again.
  7. A very valid point, which sums up the hogan problem nicely. In order to take control of our games, we need to address the balance of midfield...which i believe requires us to play a lone striker with strong link-up play, to bring in the likes of adomah, CH/OH, and Green.
  8. Needs a centralised-forward partner, otherwise he is a passenger. Outstanding last night, would love to see him and Davis.
  9. is anyone actually excited for this?
  10. I guess it depends which definition you wish to use. communication kəmjuːnɪˈkeɪʃ(ə)n/ noun 1. the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium. "television is an effective means of communication" synonyms: transmission, imparting, conveying, reporting, presenting, passing on, handing on, relay, conveyance, divulgence, divulgation, disclosure; More
  11. We haven't won a single league game without Jedinak since he joined, that is unbelievable.
  12. I can't help but feel that there are people on this thread taking out their frustrations on Tony. Has Bruce failed? Yes Does Tony know this? Yes Will Tony make the change? Yes, when he believes it's right to do so....as is his perogative Does he deserve criticism for sending out tweets and communicating with the fans? Absolutely not. We all want promotion this year, none more so than Tony who has a lot of $$$ riding on it.
  13. To be honest, I feel the need to apologise to everyone I disagreed with regarding their Bruce Out stance. I was a firm backer of his before the Hull game, and the last 10 days have felt like being kicked in the gut repeatedly. I'm absolutely speechless at how a team with the talent of ours can be made to look like 11 toothless passengers. Stunned.
  14. How are we making reading look like they have 11 Xavi's playing?
  15. The last result really sucker punched me, and I was a strong Bruce In / Positive In advocate. Anything less than a real response on the front foot will break my optimism for the season, come on lads...please.
  16. Yes mate, I totally agree...it was more aimed at the over-dramatic and relentless criticism. There's a difference between sharing an opinion and a hysterical witch-hunt.
  17. I agree with you on both points, but I'm more attacking the negative-criticise mentality that rears its head often. I'd point to our own fans booing in pre-season as a testament. Surely you understand what i'm on about?
  18. This is how I feel a lot recently on this site. I understand that as fans we are all entitled to our opinion(s), but how can you really call yourself a "support"er if you are so eager to disproportionately criticise the players...as you said it does nothing to help/support them play better. Confidence and support breeds results.
  19. Beating Neil Warnock is almost as satisfying as being Ian Holloway, very confident on this one. Lets get that confidence/momentum moving in the right direction.
  20. give the lad some time, he's been injured and played out of position.
