He is a good player, some players need time to grow in strength and maturity. I think Albrighton is one of those. Why is some fans believe that if the players isn't "Messi" at 19-20 then they won't make it?

He never seems to look up before he gets the ball. Ever seen him play a quality first time pass? Ever seen him take one touch and then play a quality pass? I haven't. At least I can't remember it. Having said that he has had a good season so far, goals and working wise.

I think it's commendable that the club is giving Lambert time to do his job. They agreed upon a five stage plan from the start and are giving him time to do the job. Even though there have been many hiccoughs. I hate it when clubs fire managers, without good reason. Though, Laudrup getting the sack doesn't surprise me. Even though he is regarded as a football god in Denmark and his footballing brain cannot be questioned, there were times when he was the coach in Brøndby where the players were frustrated that he didn't actually want to communicate with them. He's just doesn't seem to be a people's guy. Another coach I know well from Denmark is Meulensteen. He was a disaster in Denmark. IMO be glad we don't have him. There has been progress with Lambert. The players are working hard and long may that continue.

A heat map- like the one that would show he often moved from his wide left/ right position into a more central position when Palace were in ball control. Meaning that Lowton would have an easy game against him and show he can be a good player.

I like the fact that Lambert can see talent at a minimal cost. When we bought Benteke and Bacuna, the fans in their clubs said they were not good enough for the premiership. This has been proven wrong.

Thats a pretty poor ratio of success from 18 players but we'll just gloss over that. Fair enough but I think, that Lambert bought some players knowing that they will improve. Helenius, Bennett, Lowton, Westwood, Luna, Tonev, Kozak, Steer and even El Ahmadi, Are you including Guzan and Bertrand in the 18? Bowery was a long shot. Holt for experience. If he adds two quality players each year on a shoestring he's doing alright, maybe that's just gloss for you.
