    We won the battle but not the war as far as I'm Concerned. I'm delighted we won the same as anybody but there is no future in long balls and 23% possession. Southampton are on the right tracks to becoming a decent team, not sure what our long term plans are.

    Why cant we pass the ball at all..... you know like a any normal football team does? Theres teams in league one who can pass it around, you don't need world class players for a bit of ball retention. Just cant see how Lambert is the future of this football club, people like Rodgers and Martinez have a plan, a vision of some kind, what exactly does Lambert have? Mediocre players and hoofball tactics, its just not good enough.

    Just finished watching drinking buddies, really enjoyed it actually. Decent cast, well acted and tries to steer away from the usual Hollywood cliches. Also Olivia Wilde...... Hubba hubba

    Yeah agree with that. I still can't work out why groves after the first 4-5 rounds decided to stop boxing smart and just trade with him, the crazy thing is that it almost paid off, that alone has made me warm to him.

    Rematch would be pointless for me, groves should move on to other avenues. If froch wants to fight on he better find someone the wrong side of 30, taking on ward would be pointless now unless he wants to add another loss on his record, can't really think of anyone else he can fight.

    Groves has actually won me over tonight. Impressive display and putting his emotions on the line in the interview. Froch just seems arrogant and is making excuses for the referee. Robbed by the ref and on the cards, boxing is just corrupt bullshit at the minute.

    I thought the whole point of 3d was to make you feel like you are there, gravity is the first time I've genuinely felt like I was there. I think the floating camera also helped, really immersive. I loved gravity personally, it was a genuine experience.

    The kings of summer is a brilliant little film, can't reccomend it enough.

    Do it mate, I back horses a few times a week but I tend to go for quantity over quality, e.g back 6 races at Wolverhampton and hope to come out of it with profit. I'm not really someone that follows horses and watches them come downturn handicap etc... I tend to do ok

    Sorry but groves declaring he is going to knock out froch is laughable. Groves is average at best and will probably get schooled by froch, that's what I'm hoping anyway, groves doesn't deserve this fast track to the title as far as I'm concerned, regardless of what you think of froch he has been mixing it with the elite level for the last 6-7 years, groves best win is a robbery on the cards vs degale

    Finally made use of sky Disney last night and watched finding nemo for the first time. Bloody good film to be fair

    Savages - decent little film actually. Aaron Johnson is barely recognizable from his nerdy kick ass character. Also features a gorgeous Blake lively

    Yeah SLP was better than I expected actually. Developed some kind of crush on Jennifer Lawrence after that as well.

    Caught a bit of Alan carrs chatty man where he had Joseph Gordon Levitt on and he said that he was lined up for that cowboy part but ha to turn it down to work on his current film maybe that explains why qt was in the film at all

    Don't take sugar in tea or coffee, on the odd occasion you get someone's 2 sugar tea by mistake my god it's a horrible experience.
