    The budget was a lot less at Norwich Wiz,Lambert could only look at certain players but at Villa he can not only spend more but attract a different level of player,lets be honest here if any player had a choice out of Villa or Norwich he would choose Villa every time,just like Lambert did.

I'd do a proper twitter link in a red hyper link but your mods told me off for using red. Yes a small price to pay for such a brilliant Coach & backroom member a years salary thats all they have to pay. You will be lucky to cover David Watson's compensation with that,anyway who cares we got Lambert & Co thats all what matters.

    Would be a good signing for us but if QPR are in for him it pushes the stakes up & I am sure other clubs will come in at the last minute also,hopefully one could be us but I doubt it.

    In Lambert we trust,it will take time but he will get us on the right road & move out the trouble makers once he can find buyers/takers!

    Julie B,I have said it before keep posting your info/tweets/opinions on here it is what the forum is about,if people want to mock/disbelieve what you post so be it that is their problem. However the majority enjoy reading the likes of your posts,the trees.MM & Gazton on here including myself. Sometimes transfers change course and circumstances mean that other players have to be considered better options when talks actually start taking place and the picture becomes clearer in particular when the agents become more involved in talks,people need to understand that.

    Certainly would take Milner back but very unlikely,Olaf was brilliant in his spell with us & yes he did well at the Euro's but not sure weeek in week out he would be able to still do it in the PL,you cannot sign older players on high salaries to play now & again.

    Shay is not the Keeper that he was and clearly has fitness issues,however he did not let us down when he played last season and I think it is unfair to get on his back. If he does not come upto scratch next season I am sure Lambert will replace him until then I think we should support the guy,it is unlikely that he will be leaving any time soon. The QPR story seems to have gone cold as Robert Green looks set to join them.
