    How can anymore deals be done ? No Manager in place & unlikely to be by Tuesday at this rate.

    agree with all the thoughts on KM, keep him in the brilliant job that he has done for the club for that last 15 years, you cannot replace that role easily. It is a worry that the Club are going down the easy route but until anything happens we have to remain optimistic that Randy is working on getting the right man in.

    General, fair play to you for coming on here when most people would keep their heads down,however it appears that we are not anywhere near getting a new Manager or are we closer than we all think? The transfer window will soon close, everyone can see that we need a few players, is it just coincidence that the Manager will be appointed when its too late to buy new players? We all want the right man but do the club have any idea who they at least want. The supporters need something positive to come out of the club.

    Zola, great player he was, nice guy a gent,not sure he would be the one for us atm,although Steve Clarke is available as a coach aswell, should we need one at some point.

    The board clearly do not want to spend in the transfer window, hence stalling on appointing a Manager, oh the window is now shut ,what a shame. True or false?

    The club's PR is poor, I don't think that there is a shortlist or do they have a clue who to appoint if anyone even in mind. Wait to transfer window is closed and spend no money maybe.

    We have now given the prestigeous number 9 shirt to Ireland, thus suggesting that the club have no intention of signing a top striker,unless the General can suggest otherwise. General if you can come on here today after this latest debacle you will have earn't evenmore respect,you don't usually duck anything tbf.

    Even more worrying if the rumours are true Randy is on holiday atm! General a 6-0 defeat provokes mass overreactions I know but surely it is time to sort out the Manger postition, 2 weeks is long enough. Do we have people with the right experience capable of doing so?

    Look again 6-0!! against Newcastle I did not say we were bad against west Ham only that they are a poor side which they are. the end of last season proved the writing was on the wall & we have just lost our best player.

    West Ham are a shambles, that win masked the real problems we have. Kev is not the man for the job, leave him in his reserve team post. Not sure Randy know's what to do tbh.

    General, Are the club serious about Bob Bradley? If not then at least put everyone's minds at rest, he will take the team down. Randy needs to act and get in a Manager to sort out the shambles that is left.

    How have Engl;and done since he left. 2008- didnt qualify 2010- 2nd round shows English media knows nothing Ok do you want a has been Manager that did not know how to play against 10 men! Everyone could see that we needed to keep possesion against Brazil in that QF but we kept playing the long ball & giving it back to them. Did he change it during that 45 mins? no he sat there clueless. Be happy with the guy, just don't moan afterwards.

    Sven got hammered by the press everyone said how good it was to get rid of him from the England job. Who is his coach -Tord Grip aged 70 odd !! Everyone said O'leary showed no passion in the dug out now folk want a Manager who show's even less, be careful what you wish for, & remember it because Sven taking over will be a mistake.

    Appointing Sven will be a desperate measure, yes he has won trophies in the past ,how many years ago? The game has moved on. He is a job hopper & carries too much baggage. The new Manager will be our biggest signing of the summer now, the cost should not matter we need to get the right man to take us forward. Hiddink is the man - pay the money - it talks!

    I fear that Bob Bradley would be another Jozef Venglos scenario, tbh, he took the Czechs to last 8 of the World Cup,had no experience of English football and nearly got us relegated!! We have missed Hughes now, that is a shame imo, Martin Jol would be the ideal man if we can get him that is. Moyes will not come to us, Sven is a joke & Curbishley did not even want to play for us in his own playing days - remember that. My Choice would be Jol - A man with something to prove.

    Any deal for Ireland would have to be seperate to Milner's transfer that will be a straight cash deal. No part exchanges will be part of the deal. Agree though, go & sign Ireland Martin.

    Gosling is out of football injured for another 4 months, it does appear that West Ham have him lined up.

    It is good to see some positive post's on here, MON & Randy have done a great job at this club and we should all support them 100%. I would say to some supporters don't act in haste look at the bigger picture.
